A great and inexpensive no-frills«spa» on the UWS. I went there after a sore back from traveling; I found them on Unilocal and they were right down the street from my job so, for $ 60, I figured it was worth a shot. The place is in a dimly lit basement which made me a little apprehensive but once you’re inside it’s quite clean and professional. I was asked whether I wanted a male or female massage and taken in right away. My masseuse was Susan, she was very attentive and asked if I wanted a «hard or soft» massage. Being a big guy, I asked for a hard massage and she did not disappoint! Totally recommended if you want a quick and cheap massage. Certainly not the best I’ve had but I will certainly return for another appointment as it is very quick and convenient.

Definitely a no frills spa. Looks very sketchy from the outside as it’s on the basement level. Inside is just a bunch of small rooms for massages. First time I went I was greeted by a very nice guy who asked if I wanted a male or female masseur and he was able to accommodate me right away. Took me to small room and asked if I wanted any water while I waited. My masseur came in and his name was Ricky and I received one of the best massages I have ever had. However I went back a 2nd time and had Sam and while the massage was good he answered his phone twice and left the room twice for a few minutes to talk with one of the other workers. While he did stop the clock when he left the room I thought it was kind of unprofessional. So overall the prices are good, $ 60 for an hour massage and the quality of massages have been good both times by different people but don’t go expecting a fancy spa like environment.
