I walked St Marks in hope of finding a decent hookah to gift to a friend. Simon, the owner, definitely had what we needed — hookahs at decent price, made from glass and metal, not plastic (as they were next door). Simon was super nice, helped us choose the apparatus, recommended some nice tobacco and described how we work the thing. His attentive and cordial service is greatly appreciated and we’ll be back, because awesome small businesses like this should be supported. Wild Gifts sells an amazing array of hookah tobacco, all sorts of hookahs, cute pipes, and watches/​jewelry.

This is a store for pipes, bongs, hookahs, and accessories like lighters, grinders, ect… In order not to incriminate myself I won’t go into details of my purchase. I will however say the guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he was also willing to haggle which I personally don’t love, I wish he would just sell everything at the lowest price in the first place but I can see how it can be a good thing, especially if haggling is your thing. The selection and prices here are among the best in St Marks and I would suppose the rest of NYC as well.

Great gift shop. They have all the typical St Marks Pl trinkets. Water pipes, lighters, Salvia. Reason I recommend this place is they are always willing to haggle. Check it out!
