Classic NYC chinese food yo. Came here yesterday around 3pm, when Red Hook Fairway hot food buffet had already been decimated and wasn’t otherwise appetizing. Paid $ 8 bucks for tostones and cashew chicken. Not bad food but nothing special, just what I wanted

Typical chinese take out, but food is quite good. Beef with broccoli was delish and even though the egg rolls are on the small side they are quite tasty with rich flavors and not bland like so many places.

Decent fast food Chinese joint. I always get delivery which is quick. Really fair prices and enough food for a couple meals. Sometimes it takes a few minutes getting the order right over the phone which is kind of funny and what should be expected.

The place has changed names three times over the 20 years I’ve been in Red Hook but the food has always been good. Still one of the best Chinese Food places in Brooklyn. Standard Chinese food menu and pricing for Brooklyn. If you’re in the neighborhood and want good cheap chicken wings in garlic sauce this is the place.

Every apt I’ve ever lived in has had a Chinese take out joint somewhere nearby, and this is actually one of the better ones I’ve had the pleasure of living near. The fried rice and egg rolls aren’t anything exceptional, but the entrees are sometimes surprisingly good. Especially the orange chicken, the kung pao beef and the shrimp with mixed vegetables. Sit-down-restaurant quality. Efficient service. Note that the menu says Wen Gee but the sign out front says Ling Gee.

Had these guys for lunch today. Shrimp with broccoli with pork fried rice. The proverbial«lunch special». It was ok. The shrimps were average, couldve used a few more of them. The broccoli was cooked well and the sauce was actually really good. The rice had nice big pieces of pork in it as opposed to the lil red dots that may or may not be pork and the grains were big and brown as opposed to the skinny cheap yellow rice, however it was all ruined by the fact the rice was undercooked. Nobody likes hard rice accept at the bottom of a Paella and this was no Paella. Crunchy fried rice no es bueno.

Regular Chinese Fast Food Restaurant. Delivery usually takes about 30min-1hour.
