Mitch and Will team deserve 5 stars for job well done! Mitch is the smooth operator who will return any questions, details, conerns asap via email (unheard of most GC, electricians, plumbers. etc) to coordinate the project to truck along! My co-​op has pretty stringent qualifications and Well Built checked off in all license, insurance comp and workman’s liability categories. FAN tastic!
My apartment needed few odds and ends fixed from kitchen faucet realigning, tile re-​coating, brick hole patching, floor and wall junction weatherproofing that the previous GC neglected to even call me back on and poof, the job was done in two days by Will. Impressive! and the price was reasonable!
I highly recommend the professional, honest and timely mannered team and will use them again for future improvements! Don’t settle for anyone else than Well Built (for those who have tried GC’s in general, you know what I am talkin’ ’bout!)
