Ken’s team was AMAZING. We had a little misunderstanding wit the language in the beginning answering so many questions he had, but eventually it really was worth it. This is what I call attention to detail and professionalism. The price was reasonable and the work was done within the estimated time frame. We had entire house renovation including kitchen and bathroom renovations. He answered all of the emails and calls promptly and gave us great recommendations on local suppliers and tips on improvements.
We couldn’t be happier with the job done by NYC Greenbuilt Construction. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This NYC contractor did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom and kitchen, including replacing the kitchen cabinets. Everything was completed on time and without a single downside. The estimate for the job was to take two weeks and the job was done in one and a half weeks, the workers were very responsible and polite. I have used many NYC contractors in the past and let me tell you that this contractor is by far the most affordable one. My kitchen and bathroom could not look much better than this. The best contractor I have dealt with so far in NYC. There is always some things to work out in any construction projects and even after the project is completed. Ken was always there to help me and would offer help if it was needed. This is so sweet and shows that the customer service is at high level which makes anyone feel confident.
I had to renovate my new apartment in co-​op building. When Ken came by I walked him through the rooms that needed to be renovated. Shortly after he gave me a reasonable quote and assured me that he would meet the deadline I had. I had to remodel my kitchen, bathroom, to replace the floor in one of the rooms and of course some fresh painting job. There was so much mess in that apartment that I thought that they would complain in and out in the process, but his guys were patient and cleaned the mess and debree which was not on the quote. Another ++++++.
The work was done in a timely manner and everything was installed the way I wanted it to be. As a sceptic person I always ask too many questions or better do it myself so I wont get dissapointed. In this case I chose the material on my own with Kens help. He helped me to choose from the quality brand and with matching colors and style.
Painters did an amazing job. So clean and even painting makes me to be a pround perfectionist. Of couse there will be some downturns in any construction or remodeling projects, I accept it, but I also realize the responsibility these guys have. We had some misunderstandings but overall it was because of my fault. The communication was great. Again Ken was there everytime I needed any help. Im not moving out of here for a pong time but if I will I know who will do all of the renovation work for me.
