I asked the guy, and he said that the cart doesn’t have a name. Then he suggested «Antiojos Mexicanos» which is just «Mexican Appetizers». That doesn’t sound like much of a name at all. I propose people keep calling it Virgin Mary Tacos. Or Virgin Mary Quesadillas really, as that’s their specialty. You can get a tinga one for three bucks. Beats any other quesadilla around here.
