NOT FEMALE FRIENDLY | What do I do with these 50 1’s that I was planning to spend?
I wish i could give this zero stars. The women are not even physically appealing no matter how many drinks. Literally, just zero standards.
I wanted to show my nephew (birthday, 23, in the Army, on vacation to see me before Deployment) some girls, just innocent pole dancing, whatever. LIke any good aunt with a nephew in that situation.
I have gone to these clubs before. DC, Canada, and abroad. Enter Nina.
Nina, the name she goes by, or maybe hers, who cares, made an overt effort to separate me from my boyfriend, who was also there.
She pushed me away, when I sat next to him. To avoid conflict, I of course went out for a ciggie, and come back and she is scary looking, and acting.
A body that looked like literally the most appalling situation, and a face of «i am getting this $ 20 no matter what» look.
Before I could say anything, as in «Boyfriend, I am not ok with this girl, nor situation, let’s go to The Box, k?» she pulled this horrible «Getting my pimp» look, and I was of course, ejected.
Physically and verbally assaulted by the staff, and was fully cooperative. They even threw my Diane Von Furstenberg bag down 20^th St. Not ok. Should be shut down.
This place is literally a brothel.
What happened to good dancing on a pole and being with 1 ounce of class?

A lot of bad reviews but I had a pretty good time. Got in quickly with a promoter, bottle service was great, music was good, venue was large.
People smoked inside which I didn’t like and the bouncer was a nightmare. I came in a party of 8 girls and he attempted to make 2 pay to get in (tbh they were the best looking also. odd) after making them to wait for half an hour, having management force him to let them in, he then finally allowed them entrance.

VIP Club is the worst place i have ever been to in New York. Let me repeat that. VIP Club is the worst place in New York City. I would highly recommend that anyone with a soul, a heart, or a networth never go there.
VIP Club is currently holding my license and credit card hostage. VIP Club has stolen my license and credit card. VIP Club is trying to charge me seven hundred dollars. I ordered seven hundred dollars worth of goods — as they came out, they proceeded to be stolen by the patrons surrounding me. VIP Club was alerted. VIP did not care. VIP Club is evil. VIP Club steals from you. Dont go there if you are averse to theft. Dont care there if you wish to have fun. Dont go there if you wish your friend’s birthday party not to be ruined. There is nothing good about this place. I yearn for the good old days of kiss n fly. Times have changed and purely for the worse. I only wish Unilocal allowed for negative ratings. My credit card company will hear about this, but my bank account wont. I would recommend you avoid the hassle and skip it altogether. it is THE WORST.

Worst 20 $ I ever spent for a cover. This place is WACK. Girls are ok but they aren’t dancing with a purpose … Too much for cover drinks are too much and not worth it … Girls weren’t worth It at all… try another spot

Went to VIP club last weekend for a friend’s birthday. To start, I knew nothing about this club, other than it’s on the west side where I usually like to hang out. Upon walking in, I wasn’t sure it would be a fun night. Décor is slightly outdated and unlike other clubs I’ve been to, VIP only has one major stage and nothing else. But enough about the nonsense, let’s get to the girls.
Overall, the girls were decent looking, with an average of 7 — 7.5. Good bodies, but not a ton of variety. The lap dance my friend (who is female btw) received for her birthday was top notch. The one dancer was very friendly and we had a blast.
The one thing that smei turned me off to the club was that it appeared as though the dancers were not as female friendly as in other clubs. Clearly, this is very important to me. Bartenders were very attractive and attentive as well.
I would give this place another shot for sure.

Having a «VIP» platinum card gets you and your entourage in the door with no cover charge but make sure to have those bills to tip the girls nicely instead. I’ve never seen this elusive fat stripper girl here as some of the posters have said to have experienced. Yes you have the standard Russian chick crowd, mixed in with a sprinkling of Latin and Afro American chicks, with 2 – 3 Asian chicks as well. It’s female friendly club and the girls aren’t intimidated to ask a chick patron if they want a dance too. Drinks prices are on par for what a city strip club charges and even though its a small-​ish space, the girls get around nicely.

I came with a friend who made this place seem like it was the best spot on earth. Also, I have not been to a strip club in over 10 years (I’m also a woman, so this does not turn me on). Although the ladies there were nice to me, the place was extremely expensive. This is coming from someone who spends the majority of their paycheck on expensive spots in the city. There is a $ 23 per person coat check fee and the bouncers are not nice, even if the girls are. There was black-​light everywhere and I thought it was all hilarious. Unfortunately I was not laughing with the place, I was laughing at the place. My friend wanted me to get a lap dance, which I never even wanted, but he kept telling me that it was necessary– and the stripper that he choose for me also cajoled me to get a lap dance. It was mostly funny, but I ended up asking the girl what her dieting techniques are and how to stay healthy– and she charged me for it! She was very nice, but I paid $ 100 for a lap dance that lasted three songs. That’s 15 minutes, max. It was the biggest waste of money– ever– especially since I got nothing out of it and I don’t like girls. In terms of coming to the strip club, I don’t regret the experience– my friend was right about that– he thought it was decent, but I will never come back again. I think it’s a rip off and would prefer to waste $ 100 in 15 minutes on classier things. I might as well have dinner at Per Se or go skydiving.

disclaimer: i’m female and this is only my second strip club, first in the city. I went on a weeknight.
the girls here were mostly alright, their dresses were interesting. they spoke mediocre to native english! the people i was with seemed to have had a good time. and the 400 pound dude in the corner seemed to be REALLY having a good time.

Stay away! RIP OFF!!! doesn’t worth the time, not to mention worth any money… Ugly and fat girls… after many drinks i didn’t see much anymore and I was lured to a dance… under the influence i was then lured to the private room. I even don’t wanna get to it… WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY… I was at a moment of weakness and they made sure they ripped of every penny… at least i would have had good time, but no … scam artists technique to waste ur time …

The place is very small and the girls are gross!!! I mean horribly ugly, some are fat and there’s too many of your typical Russian strippers. The best looking girls are the waitresses and bartenders and even they are average at best (and they look miserable). If it’s hot girls you want… don’t go there!
The few times I went its because my friends dragged me and the place is never busy… I don’t know how they even make enough money to stay open, or maybe I don’t wanna know!!! Definitely a shady place and bad vibes all around.

We wanted to top the evening off at a close bar after a party on Sunday and had heard this new place and thought we’d check it out.
We didn’t get any further than the weirdly arranged cash register/​coat check inside the front door (guys grabbing their coats to leave had to maneuver around the guys paying to get in) when all the mirrored, neon-​lit, gray interior hit us like a 1993 throw back place from our younger days. It was when the guy tried to charge us a $ 23 per person cover that we opted out. Even on a holiday weekend, WTF? Nothing that we saw about this place in the one minute we were there even remotely interested us enough to pay that kind of cover.
As we walking out one of the patrons, also leaving, mentioned in passing, «It’s not as bad as it looks» which wasn’t the resounding endorsement you’d want to try and convince you to stay.
No interest in even coming back to give this place a second chance.

I am really surprised no one has written up this club yet. I love it. It’s what a strip club should be: comfortable, cute but not intrusive wait staff, hot female bartenders. The dancers are fun and give great dances. I’ve written about VIP in detail on my blog *redacted per Unilocal policy* I’m coming from a female perspective, which is probably different than your typical guy going to a strip club.
