Used them for the second time just now. The last time, they melted a buckle on my coat. After arguing about whose problem it is, they replaced it at no cost. This time, I get my clothes back, and they aren’t pressed very well… and, one of the jackets has a stinky armpit. A-​yep, one clean armpit, one stinky armpit. I think I’ll try another dry cleaner next time.

I used this cleaners for a long time and they were ok and inexpensive. However, after four shirts never showed up at my building, they did almost nothing to help resolve the situation. When I went back in a second time to discuss this issue, they started yelling at me that it wasn’t their responsibility. That’s no way to treat your long time customers.
