The worst place — worst Customer Support — how do you loose clothing when you only bring 6 items — ridiculous!!! They send clothes somewhere else — lousy dry cleaning OMG… Did I mention the worst!!!

They are fast, clean, efficient and you can run to them in a bind to get a suit pressed because they do it on the premises as opposed to most other cleaners that send things out to get pressed. They also provided a snap button for my jacket at the cost of $ 10 when other places wanted triple that amount.

I chose this dry cleaner’s because after surveying the other few options closest to my apt. they had the best customer service. Prices are pretty much equal across the board, so for me friendly, attentive service and a clean, open store front win. But what caused me to write this review was that they just saved my favorite black shirt dress from a giant gray stain that was obtained by leaning against some mystery substance — we think maybe paint — on the streets of New York. I had already let down my hopes of ever wearing it again but the kind lady at the desk said they could try. They did and it worked! Happy customer and will return.
