I could not agree more with the prior reviewer. I’ve lived near this store for 15 years and never shopped here. I should have stuck to that. I probably subconsciously got a bad vibe off the place. It just seems smarmy. But I was looking for snow boots so I figured why not check them out. I was told by 2 different clerks(one of whom barely spoke English, which by itself is unacceptable — you have to be able to understand customers if you’re dealing with them!) that the boots were 20% off. I then asked one of them(the one who actually speaks english) about the return policy. 14 days with receipt she said. Then a different person rang me up. He confirmed the discount and I asked him about the return policy. He said no problem 14 days if they don’t fit as long as they’re not worn. Cut to a week later I went to return the boots and a different man(who claimed he was not the boss but seemed like he was) refused to refund me because he said they don’t give refunds on sale items. He showed me a sign that was hidden from view unless you walked around the checkout area. I never saw that sign. I went by what I was told by TWO employees. He also showed me tiny print on the receipt that said this, but again why would I look at that AFTER purchasing when 2 clerks said I could return the boots before I bought them? I made sure to ask multiple times bc they felt a little tight and I had a feeling once I tried them on longer at home I’d end up bringing them back. We argued, he called the clerk on his cell(he wasn’t in the store) who had rung me up to ask him to verify my story. Of course that man wouldn’t remember me or if he did he’d pretend he didn’t. He first told me to speak to the man on the phone, then said no I don’t want you to speak to him now in a very angry tone. He also accused me of lying. There is nothing more disgusting than when a store accuses the customer of lying instead of placing blame where it belongs — the employees! Either those 2 employees lied about the return policy just so I’d buy the boots, or they are ignorant of store policy. The whole place seems very underhanded. After a 15 minute argument he finally relented and gave me the refund. I will NEVER shop here again. I found the exact same boots on Amazon for $ 20 less than this store’s discount price. Avoid this place like the plague, or if you do shop here, make sure to video the whole thing on your phone so you’ll have evidence if you need to return something.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not shop here, they’re a bunch of scam artists.

Unlimited Jeans has an awesome North Face collection from jackets to backpacks at very good prices. Also, the owner(manager?) is super friendly and takes good care of his clients.
