Aldos Shoes

who does not love Aldo shoes and the customer service was great just a bit short staffed so I had to wait awhile to get the shoes I asked for and ask the associate for them more than once. But it’s understandable as it was only 2 ppl working in the store.

You need to train your employee how to work with clients. Everyone seems like they too busy doing nothing but help other customers. And they worry when to close the doors so they can leave as early it’s possible. Customer service is just ridiculous

I came to this store last Sunday the 16^th and my experience Was Horrible. The two girls that were working have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! The one girl who was helping people out with sizes was not helpful at all, I had to ask her numerous times to get me a pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase. Once she gave my shoes to the girl at the register who was on the phone the entire time, and didn’t even knowledge anybody there. At this point I wanted to walk out because I couldn’t believe this store is run this way! But unfortunately I was going on vacation the next day and had no time to go else where. So after paying for my shoes I went to my car and notice the box was very light. I opened the box and there was only ONE Shoe!!! Are u kidding me? The cashier didn’t even check the box because she was too busy on the phone… So I went back to let her know what happened and she gives me attitude !! And makes me wait on line again to fix their mistake. Not even an apology or anything .I love Aldo but will never go to this store again…

My experience with Aldo’s shoes has been way less than satisfactory. I bought a pair of boots for 140 dollars only to find out they came unfinished. As I was about to pay I was offered to buy a 5 dollar anti-​slip tape to put underneath the shoes. According to the lady the only purpose was to protect the boot, so I gladly bought the tape. The tape didn’t work for anything and it kept coming being ripped off the bottom of the shoe. When I complained at the store I was given another pair of tape for free by a very rude salesperson. The same happened again. The shoes were extremely slippery and more than once I fell in the streets and at work. When it came off again, I went back to the store and was told they couldn’t do anything for me and that I should buy another one. Now why would I buy another defective product for my unfinished slippery boots? I will never again purchase anything from this store.
