They are super excited about their salads and so are we. Had the rice noodle with cucumber and edamame and sesame dressing. It was superb. all the right notes of flavor with fresh ingredients. Well done. Can wait to come and try some more salads!

I have gotten lunch from this stand 3 times now and it’s always delicious. The summer rolls are fresh & flavorful. I’ve tried all 3 flavors and the almond tofu and the corn coconut curry are my favorites. Their cold noodle salad with cucumber, edamame and sesame dressing is refreshing and tasty. If you’re in the area this is somewhere worth trying!

I loved this place for their rosemary and goat cheese mac and cheese that they only serve in the fall, and now, they’re at it again with those delicious summer rolls! Their combos aren’t bad– you either get three rolls for $ 10 or two rolls and a cold noodle salad for $ 11. I ended up getting the beet goat cheese lentil roll and miso quinoa tofu roll with the lentil noodle salad. The rolls themselves seem simple but they’re so juicy and refreshing, just what I needed on a hot, humid day. Friendly servers too!

LOVED it. Got the beet goat cheese lentil roll, miso quinoa tofu roll, and the red cabbage salad. Satisfying, felt good quality. Only downside is you’ve gotta eat it right away, the rolls are delicate.

I’m not vegan or vegetarian but the beet roll with goat cheese is amazing here and I plan on coming back for lunch often! Getting two rolls and a small salad for about $ 12 is a steal for the obvious quality and amount of food you get, it was a quick meal for my girlfriend and I.

I’m pretty disappointed I didn’t make it here in time to try their colorful summer rolls. Please bring it back next year! Luckily, the rolls have been replaced by different kinds of macaroni and cheese. I remember one was vegan butternut squash and one had goat cheese. I think the one we ended up choosing was gouda and paprika, which was delicious! Very pricy for the portion-size, and not terribly conforming to what I thought was their«health food» branding, but enjoyable.

It is good but slightly overpriced to be a vegan street food. I payed $ 18 for a cabbage salad, a roll and a cup of kombucha.

Got their cucumber, edamame, and sesame dressing noodle salad because some people had been walking around with it and eating it — looked very tasty! I mean, c’mon…if that many people are walking around with it, I think it’s a good idea to try it too! Cool clear noodles with savory sesame dressing — anything sesame oil is yummy in my tummy. Definitely a refreshing bite with cucumber and edamame. We forgot to take a picture before we dug in until the last few bites! That’s how good it was! We ordered a small instead of a large… for $ 5.50, eh… I’m feeling maybe $ 4 would’ve been a better pricing since this is ‘bites’ food — walking around, etc. Overall, not too bad for a cool pick me up!
