ok i got a stain on my expensive suits on last week.
I didn’t it would ever come out, so i took it to my regular cleaners.
they didn’t want touch it, and told me
’do not waste money” throw them out’
most of cleaners were drop store without dryclean machine. so i went to turtle bay cleaners. there are plant with equipped machine everything. i asked it them about stain.
they told they don’t promised, but they will try to clean the stain.
went back 3 days later and sure enough the stain was gone 100% gone.
my recommendation is go to plant store not drop store.
wherever u go, u need to know where my clothes dry cleaned.

They throw clothes into the bag with only marginal folding. So, everything you get from them will need to be ironed out, if that’s even possible because there are creases everywhere. I want a refund.

We use for laundry and the job is done as expected for a midtown cleaner. However, we do not use their dry cleaning service as it needs some additional fine tuning.

First time using a wash and fold and the were very helpful. Once critic would be they should have a better system in finding the laundry of their customers as it did taken them about 5 minutes to find mine as they did not put the clothes back into the hamper I was using.

I used to be a loyal customer to Turtle Bay Cleaners until they changed management. Now they are horrible. They are rude, incompetent and have no idea as to what they are doing. It is such a shame. DO NOT USE THEM!
