Top notch work, friendly, they’ve always accommodated any requests («hang this item, don’t machine dry it», «can I pick it up later today?», «can you deliver it between such-​and-​such times?»). I like the fact that the work is done on premises, so nothing gets lost. [I previously used a different laundry that sends the clothes offsite, and items would go missing.]

Have been using this place for a year. No complaints! Drop off in morning, p/​u at night. Friendly people. Happy with service.

My experience was horrible and I wanted to warn others. These people are incompetent and I would never go again. I had the wash & fold service for one load and they messed it up completely. This isn’t rocket science and I really expected better.
