So far, I’ve had a solid experience. I utilize their pick up service once a month or so. My clothes arrive clean and folded.
A few suggestions: I wish they had non scented laundry detergent. Also, the minimum pickup amount is fairly high. I would use them more often if they lowered the minimum.

They have flyers advertising prices, times and deals but don’t honor any of them. They close at all random times never staying consistent to their schedule and they don’t honor their prices. They don’t have any management to contact for any issues either. The place is clean and personnel is nice but the overall management of the store is very inconvenient.
