My sixteen year old classic TUMI carry-on got damaged on a recent trip and was missing a few screws. Figured I would take it in and they would give me a couple screws and send me on my way. NOPE! Apparently, I had more than a few loose screws and Andreas replaced the wheels, some plastics and tightened it up. LOOKSLIKENEW. My mom thought I was crazy to buy such an expensive bag, but this has paid off again and again. Could not believe the customer service! Was really expecting them to try and sell me a new bag. When my TUMI does finally expire, I am going to replace this workhorse with another TUMI. Kudos to TUMI and manager Andreas.

I Came in to have my new Alpha Lejeune monogram and the store rep said she doesn’t have the back leather piece. I was surprised and asked ‘what do you mean by you were out?’. She responded and said it was the company that ran out the inventory. I went to be the Tumi on Lexington and the people here said the other rep should call around to verify. I got my monogram here. However, the gal did my bag got glue on my backpack and it was a bad job.

The staff at this particular location represents the Tumi brand exceptionally well. They are consistently helpful, courteous and efficient when I have brought bags in for repair or come in to purchase items. Sean and Daniel were two standouts on my last visit who helped me work through a repair that was done incorrectly. Not only did they sort the matter out quickly, they gave me useful suggestions on contacts at the Tumi repair center to speak with after the bag was sent in for a second round of repairs. I love Tumi products for their quality and when the customer service is as strong as it is at this location, staying a Tumi customer for life is just a no-brainer!

Award worthy customer service. After an unfortunate mishap with my bag on vacation in NYC, this store repaired it in record time. They answered my distressed call before store hours, located the requisite part, and couldn’t have been more responsive to get me on my flight in time. Big shout out to Rob and Shaun for rocking things out.

always terrific customer service when u walk into Tumi store. though i was kicking tires at the limited sales section, store manager Rob offered some alternatives that after some thought, probably worth the investment over the lifetime lol. really like their built-in system of folding your shirts and pants neatly, even in the carry on!

This is my favorite Tumi store in NYC… It’s large and carries every line that Tumi currently makes and their stock is pretty good… Customer service is really great… I guess it has to be since it’s in such a touristy neighborhood… Can suitcases be sexy? If so, Tumi is one sexy suitcase…
