Love the piano and other instruments incorporated as opposed to other music classes that use a cd. Extremely friendly staff and very professional. The facilities are wonderful. I prefer tlb over Gymboree or eastside/​westside music together.

TLB is a clean, vibrant, friendly environment. The teachers are talented and the owners are flexible which is so important with unpredictable young children. Music is innovative and fun and the playroom is a great alternative to the park in inclement weather.

These music classes are extraordinary — they are not only perfectly developmentally appropriate, teaching children skills when they are the age to master them and challenging children with learning that is attainable, but they are also a lot of fun for children and parents alike. The music chosen is contemporary and relevant, the teachers are musically fluent and filled with energy, the experience overall is a joy. I would also add, contrary to the reviewer below, that TLB is vigilant about cleaning toys and will not permit children who are clearly sick to attend class that week (but rescheduling is always an option when the child is better).

I attended this class with my friend and her one year old son. He had a blast, but I was blown away by how fun the class is for the grown-​ups too! They do a mix of kids songs, pop songs, classical songs, and introduce an instrument from the orchestra as well. I wish I had this when I was a kid! And it seems like they keep the space super clean — I saw the teacher cleaning all the instruments at the end of the class.

My daughter attended classes here during the winter. The class were fun for her and she enjoyed the singing/​music. The reason why I can’t give them more than three stars is because my daughter was constantly getting sick from the classes. Colds, Roseola — you name it she caught it. Either the teachers need to enforce a no sick children policy or clean the toys after every class.
