Three Monkeys Eyewear

I went to the Bleecker store after having been at the one in Nolita last weekend; their «eyescream» special is an awesome deal, so I looked for it here. (Twenty bucks, tax included – can’t beat that with a stick!)
After trying on a few pairs of Wayfarers, I explained to the guy that I have several pairs of vintage Wayfarers, but need to get a «knockaround» pair of shades because all my Wayfarers are getting pretty fragile – and I wear sunglasses all the time when I’m outdoors. He steered me toward a pair of Wayfarers knockoffs that have bottle openers in the ends of the temple bars (!) and I was sold pretty quickly. (I should mention that I really dislike sunglasses with a logo or insignia on the lens, and currently-​made Wayfarers all have this, which means it’s likely I’ll never get real Wayfarers again.)
This location has just opened, so it’s a good thing I had their card with me; there isn’t even a phone number on it, for this store or the other one.
