I’ve been here a number of times. Each time anything I’ve ordered is priced differently and inconsistent. My favorite part is that the display board where you place your order isn’t even consistent with the pricing they give you. But fine, I can somewhat tolerate that since it was a different person preparing my food each time and the food here is pretty good. I’ve never had any issues with food or the guys who prep the food. They’re always really nice and helpful. But what I can’t stand is the disgusting attitude of the two main girls that work the counter, the older woman and the younger Spanish girl in particular. If you hate your job that much. Just leave instead of taking out on every customer you ring up. Every single person she interacted with including myself she has the most rude abrasive attitude and her facial expression is perceived as she’s constantly smelling shit. It’s like she can smell her nasty attitude coming out of her pores. I thought she was having a bad day the first couple times. But this seems to be her overall attitude every time she’s there. If management even sees this review you should really discuss what customer service is with this particular person. I don’t know her name but she’s the younger Spanish girl with the black marks all over her face. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again because of it. I like the food but you can go to any other café on the same block and receive the same quality of food with great service. I come here multiple times a week and I expect to be treated with a little more courtesy than what your counter staff offers.

Was charged $ 11 for a salad and it was gross. The veggies were like rubber. The chicken was inedible and they threw so much dressing on there. I made it through to half and then figured why waste the calories and there it out. Very disappointed! Maybe the pizza is good but for healthy options, there are better, fresher options out there.

Decent food for breakfast and lunch. However, make sure you are charged for what you order and make sure the change you receive is correct. It’s been too many times for it to be a coincidence. Furthermore, while some of the workers are nice, there are more than a few that have a nasty attitude.

I love the food, the service and the staff. Very accommodating in so many ways. Now to all those that wrote negative things about place, well shame on you. Not once did you idiots say that you reported your problems to the owner or managers in order to address the problem. Now I bet with all those negative comments, you have gone back more than once. Even you say it is a convenience. So kick rocks and yes go somewhere else. Teresa and Singh, I love all that you to have a happy customer. Our company is happy with the service and smiles we get.

Theresa’s isn’t the best pizza out there and it’s kind of pricey. But it is my go-to for when I get a pizza craving and I don’t want to wander too far away from my office. I’ll usually get a slice that has chicken on it, which is hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes good but other times, the chicken is really dry like it has been reheated 20 times. Usually, you can’t go wrong with the chicken roll(that chicken is fine). Just be sure to ask them to keep it in the oven for a little while longer because there have been a couple of times when I’ve bitten into it and it was still cold. There are definitely better options in this area if you’re willing to walk a little further. If not, this isn’t the worst pizza in the world.

No complaints about this place since everything I’ve had was good. chicken rolls, pizza, calzones, chicken parm, chicken cutlet, panninis are all slammin. I work in the area so I’m here alot… Teresa is also one of the nicest owners around. cool as a ceiling fan.

Nice variety in this place. Also when you get take out they put oregano, garlic, hot pepper in the bag, and you don’t even have to ask!

It seems clean and the food is right in the middle, not bad, but definitely not exceptional. I’m leaving only one star because the staff, on several(and all) occasions have been extremely abrasive and downright rude. I’ve never experienced such poor service! I’m not going back again.

Here we go, my very first one-star review on Unilocal. And you know, maybe it’s partially my fault, for ignoring the signs. The empty seats, despite peak lunch hour. The strange music, the high prices. Maybe this could have been avoided. At over $ 3 a slice, I expected some truly impressive pizza. I don’t want to hear anything about«Midtown prices», I can find passable pizza for a dollar and change, even there. But this too, was merely passable. Greasy and oddly gritty, I was not impressed. Don’t even start me on the weird, 3-stage process for actually buying the stuff. Nor was I impressed by the 15 minute seating limit. The place wasn’t exactly«hopping» — the signs just came across as tacky. Adding to that, electronic and house music have a firm place in my heart, but not in my lunchtime. It didn’t match the ambience at all! But what really sealed the single star deal was seeing the cook in his gloves on his phone — a germ hive. And then he went back to work, in those same gloves. Come on!

This convenient restaurant/coffee bar is located directly across from Radio City Music Hall. I stopped in for a quick bite and to escape the rain. As a first timer, I found the ordering system a bit confusing. Fortunately, the friendly staff behind the counter jumped right in to give me some direction. The food counters are on both sides of the space, the cashiers are in the middle and limited seating is available on on one side of the restaurant. Posted signs warn you that you’re limited to a 15 minute sit down. I have no idea how heavily that is enforced and didn’t want to take my chances. Definitely easy to misunderstand the flow of things without a little guidance. Anyway, I found the coffee to be decent. They have a nice variety of breakfast sandwiches that are made to order and lots of hot lunch options.

Used to find this to be a good option when working in Midtown. Now, I just see it as overpriced. They do still turn out decent pizza. Can’t take that away from them, but I primarily am in here for breakfast and/or coffee. The coffee is more expensive than Bouchon, and no where near as good! As for the food, it is fine, but the prices just go up & up. A couple examples: toasted bagel w/turkey & cheddar — some days $ 7+. other days as much as $ 8+ 3 ingredient omelet — $ 5.50…by the way that is the price with home fries & toast or without. The service is also very challenging. Ordering breakfast requires you to repeat your order at least twice. Today was my last visit here for breakfast. I gave my order to one guy. He then relayed to another guy. The other guy asked me to repeat it, not once, but twice. Then he tried to make it with egg whites even though I had ordered regular eggs. On top of it, when i received my order there were stray vegetables & meat from other orders that had fallen into mine. Not cool. I noticed that just about everyone who came in had to repeat their orders. For the price, the quality of food & service is just not worth it. I think the only reason to come here is to grab a quick slice.

The cashiers here are the EFFINGWORST, the rudest women I have ever met. The guys who make breakfast are idiots, They can NEVER get your order right. The food is WAY over priced, do yourself a favor and walk over to 52nd street for the same pizza $ 1 cheaper. Oh this place also charges $ 1.75 for a CAN of soda, A CAN…

Highly chaotic and confounding waiting/ordering/paying system, but the pizza is fairly decent.

Teresa’s is a go to lunch spot for myself and coworkers working in the Rock Center area. Their pizza is great(I like the eggplant) as well as their wraps. They are on the pricier side, as are all cafes in such a touristy area, but when I want something worth the money– I go to Teresa’s.

Quick bite and definitely delicious. It is a great place to just stop and grab a slice, a burrito(yup there is a Mexican station) or a salad. OH yes, pastries and coffee too! We had a slice of the Sicilian right before a graduation at the Radio City Music hall, it definitely wasn’t cheap but considering the location I am not surprised. One slice, one water $ 5. If you are on the run, this is a great place to have a bite.

Teresa’s delivers a solid slice of pizza with speedy precision. Its more of a take out joint, and it can get really crowded. The staff are good at keeping up with the rush, and prices are on par for Midtown. The first time I ordered a rectangular thin mushroom and a Sicilian whole wheat with sun dried tomatoes and onions. The thin was excellent — crisp crust, great size, fresh cheese and great sauce. I wasn’t a huge fan of teh canned mushrooms though. I found that the whole wheat dough was too sweet but the portion was fantastic. The second time I got a spinach mushroom slice and a sausage pepper. Both were tasty and held up well between the oven and the trip back to my desk. The tasty slices and cenvenient location make this a staple in my midtown lunching, but the pizza doesn’t give me cravings.

Man on man, for their square(Sicilian) slices alone — 5 stars. All their other pizzas 4 – 5 stars. I still have to go with a 4 star rating because they haven’t figured out how to eliminate the chaos between the pizza counter and the cashier. Yes, they have an occasional grouchy employee as well. All in all, delicious pizza. The square with sauce and grated cheese(no mozz) is amazingggggggggg.

I was hoping to stop for brunch at a local eatery, and finding this place a bit of chore. For one, Unilocal has this awful habit(on Droid) to enter your directions in to Maps incorrectly, taking you a block or two in the wrong direction. That said, not the shops fault. Google found it A-ok. I got a delightful Almond Pastry that was fluffy and tasty(4 Stars!). I also got a latte with a caramel syrup shot. It was delightful — but it was not a latte. More of a steamer. My friend who was with me likes her coffee black usually but wanted to try a latte – needless to say she was disappointed and did not particularly care for it(1 Star). I liked it though(4 star) but I’m not, as you would say, a true coffee aficionado. I’m just a fan. :) If I was in town again, I would definitely go back for breakfast, but I would just order black coffee and massacre into something else myself. Joint, I think we’d give it a 3 star. Good location, great food, a bit weak on the coffee(no espresso shot, just regular coffee), but definitely a nice change over Starbucks.

I don’t go to Teresa’s nearly as much as I should, given that I work right upstairs, and the service is friendly and quick. The salad bar is my main area of familiarity — it’s just so much easier to go to Teresa’s for a great salad than to wait in the long clustereff of a line at Just Salad in the Rock Center concourse or Chop’t across 6th Ave. The guys making the salads are super fast and friendly, and even remember their regulars. I also have been known to stop by the self-serve fro yo area, which is a great treat in the area. I just wish they didn’t lock up the machine at 4ish, which is when I’ve gone downstairs a few times recently for an afternoon pick-me-up. My Teresa’s mystery: the pizza samples they give out on the sidewalk are mouthwateringly good, but whenever I get a slice inside I’m not as much of a fan. Is it because those samples are free and random little surprises? I’ve never gotten a sandwich from the other side of Teresa’s, but I’ve noticed a few that are jumping out on me. I just always forget to check Teresa’s out when I’m in the mood to buy lunch and not go too far.
