Live healthy.
Sits on the corner of West 21st Street and 6th Avenue serving Chelsea, where I opt for a bottle of water $ 1.00. Service is attentive and friendly. I was hoping for vitamin water, but to my utter surprise there were none avail. With my new found serve health issues I am now taking Iron every waking day, in conjunction with multi vitamins therefore I do not need anything else.

my awesome trainer wanted me to buy «muscle milk» and fish oil.
so i went to the vitamin shoppe.
this store has a lot of products jam packed into a very tight space, so navigating the aisles and reaching the stuff up high is tough.
i obviously needed help (i don’t think i’m the typical muscle milk buyer), but no one showed up to assist me. i went up to the counter and got a guy to help, but he just didn’t really seem very interested in providing information or helping me check out.
the prices were fine on the things i bought — both were on sale. this is a good thing.
i guess it was a fairly painless transaction but i think it should have been better.
