I came here to see a play from the New York Deaf Theater Company. The theater is small and cute and the seats are pretty roomy and comfortable. There are a few flights of stairs, but elevators are available as well. They have a little snack bar one flight up and some benches to sit on as well. The bathrooms are clean too!

The June Havoc Theater– named for a vaudeville and Broadway performer– is one of three spaces managed by the Abingdon Theatre Company. The seats are comfortable and the sight lines are good. The bathrooms are clean and the wait isn’t too long. It’s a proscenium theatre in a nondescript building near Penn Station– the kind of hidden place that exists in NYC and continues to pleasantly surprise me.
