The grout in my bathroom was in desperate need of repair and restoration and was lucky enough to come across this company. I am SO GLAD I did. Frank was an absolute professional– always on time, super communicative, efficient, all-​business. He honestly transformed my bathroom from a pretty grotty, gross place to a twinkling, bright beauty. I literally can’t peel myself out of the bathtub these days, I love it so much. I was– and remain– just astonished by the difference.
Frank was super reasonable and completed the three days of work that this job required at a quick pace. He then came back to do some touch ups and to ensure that it was all to his standard. Wow. I mean, he really seemed to care about what he was doing, the outcome of the work, and it shows. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat and have happily recommended it to many friends and other residents in my building. Bravo, bravo, Grout and Tile Experts. Seriously– transformative. I recently moved into a one bedroom apartment in a pre war coop and hired Frank to freshen up my bathroom and kitchen. When Frank came by to scope the work, his expert eyes saw issues that I hadn’t even noticed, such as hollow tiles in my bathtub where water was seeping in behind the tiles. In the bathroom, the hollow tiles were removed/​replaced, the bathtub was re-​grouted and re-​caulked and the tile floor was cleaned. In the kitchen, the sand grout was cleaned and sealed with a custom color sealant. Frank and his colleague, Shane, completed the work with great skill, diligence, cleanliness and attention to detail. I could not be more pleased with the results! Worth every penny!
