The Collective New York Apartments

The Collective should be turned in to the Department of Housing. They turned the heat off without telling their residents, turned the hot water off, do not care to respond to the building issues.
I have had issues for the past few months that no one has responded to. The walls of my bathroom were extremely hot to the point where you would burn your hand if you touched. This was not dealt with.
A plumber came, without my knowledge, and left my apartment a mess. My rug is completely messed up, the bathroom door, and toilet are absolutely disgusting.
When emailing my concerns regarding the lack of hot water their response was «if we had known we would have informed you.»
I couldn’t think of a worst building to live in. Do not rent here. Warn everyone.
