Christine did an awesome job helping us find and purchase our apartment on the UWS. She spent time helping us figure out what our priorities were and narrowed our search in a daunting market. Through every step of the process, from open houses to board applications, she had endless amounts of patience and time for us. She is a wonderful person to interact with and her supportive presence helped us through the stressful process of buying an apartment. I would highly recommend her services!

Christine is the best!
We worked with Christine Barranca to buy our first apartment in Brooklyn Heights a couple of years ago. We didn’t know anything about real estate, but Christine was so patient and helpful. She never once tried to push us to buy, but actually told us a few times why a certain apartment was no good for us, and showed us all the good and bad of each apartment.
Christine was a great negotiator on our behalf, and we were thrilled with the way it turned out. We have very happily made a home where we will not soon leave. We often recommend her to good friends and family.
