The After Hours Flowers

Placed the order via their very user-​friendly website around 11am, and thanks to choosing the reasonably priced Express Delivery option, had the flowers delivered in about 2 hours. I included a few special suggestions on my order, and they made them all happen while still adding their own expert touch to the arrangement. My girlfriend loved them and I could not be happier with the ordering process. Thanks so much!

I work at a fine dining restaurant in midtown. The other night at work I had a guest who set up a surprise flower delivery for his wife’s birthday dinner being that he was out of town. The flowers never showed and I panicked because his surprise was going to be ruined. It was already 8pm and all the florist were closed. I searched online and finally came across After Hour Flowers. I was able to order an arrangement for my guest. They were delivered before her meal ended and it was a wonderful touch to her evening. I was very pleased to be able to make her happy. I will definitely be using After Hour Flowers for our future needs at the restaurant.

After Hours Flowers is not only a great business to work with but also one of the best businesses I have EVER worked with — if not the best. Cedric is amazing. First he responded very quickly to my request for flowers for a bridal shower. When I asked to work with him on price he did so and made perfect suggestions for some flower crowns we were creating. These prices as compared to other flowers I have seen are more than reasonable and the flowers are the highest quality. Also Cedric took time to work with us on the wedding — he gave us exact quotes for every flower we were interested in (and he really knows his plants!!) and when we wanted to lower the price — again, he worked with us to do so — suggesting a bunch of other similar and less expensive options. I doubt higher quality or more affordable flowers can be found. Working with After Hours Flowers was truly pleasure — I cannot recommend After Hours Flowers enough. Finally, they are a la cart so any bouquet or arrangement you are looking for is possible — you can either put it together yourself or they will create it for you. They even have tools for wrapping, making vases and a special spray to ensure flowers last longer.

Actually, the flowers were prompt, which is major bonus points, however, they delivered the wrong set of flowers. I just spoke with a representative who took my complaint and told me the manager would give me a call when he got in. I know to be on time is worth a lot to me, however, I did pay much extra for that, but it would have been better to have them deliver the correct order. The representative on the phone was very polite and efficient when I voiced my complaint.

Great customer service. Phone was picked up on first ring. Spoke with the charming, Marlin, who assured me the get well bouquet for my mother would be beautiful. I asked for the florists choice with bright colors. He even added a free balloon. He assured same day delivery. I am just waiting for my mothers reaction but feel very confident she will love them.

They were able to deliver same day, when all the other «big names» couldn’t come through. Friendly, helpful, no more expensive than anyplace else. Great to do business with.

Great customer service! Cedric was sweet and patient as I ordered my flowers to be delivered to a family member who lost a loved one. I ordered the rush delivery which was a little more then I expect to pay… but well worth it, they arrived less then 2 hours after ordering. I didn’t get to see the arrangement sadly… but was told they were beautiful. That kind of service is rare these days so I thought deserving of a review.

I am not sure why they are listed as being so pricey! I found them to be very reasonably priced for an excellent product!
I had a question about my order and a live person answered the phone immediately. They were very professional on the phone and were happy to answer my questions.
The recipient just sent me a photo and they are absolutely beautiful! Far more than I expected. I will certainly recommend friends use After Hours Flowers for any future flower needs in NYC.

Ordering flowers should not be a challenge and this company helped make that true! I was sending flowers to the Hamptons and they were able to make it happen for 25% less than the local florists.

i mean. how in the world can people get mad at places that provides flowers & balloons. i got the HAPPIEST HAPPIEST AND PRETTIEST bouquet of a variety of pink colored roses that smell delicious.

Requested a surprise delivery exactly on 7:30 PM, which they did perfectly!

These guys are very uncooperative. The flowers were really bad. They forgot the chocolates before and thn I had to call them and remind them. The balloons were not the one my husband ordered. We paid over 100 dollars but very poor service. The guy Cadrick was highly uncooperative. He didn’t substitute the flowers or the balloons. He said its just one flower that is torn and i cant substitue the prder. but actually it was more than one. Really disappointed. They made me go back n forth for 3 hours. Plz do not order from them. Not worth the price.

Had a last minute flower delivery I was hoping to do ASAP. After Hours Flowers not only got it done and delivered in less than 2 hours, but also made the perfect arrangement for the occasion. First class service and lightning fast too. Will definitely use them again.
