Really delicious food, I ordered pickup as I was in the area. Actual restaurant did not have many people(although I was going in on a Tuesday night at ~8PM) but their delivery service was VERY busy. We got the Pad See Ew with beef(Spicy) and Pad Thai with shrimp(extra spicy) along with chicken satay. The Pad Thai was very good, better than most I’ve had, While the Pad See Ew was outstanding. Then noodles in the Pad See Ew were perfectly cooked and delicious. The Chicken Satay was okay, but nothing too special. The peanut sauce didn’t really stand out to me. The service was good from as far as I could tell, everyone was friendly and after I told them my order they let me know how long it would be. I’ll probably be back.

Came here on Christmas Eve, as it was one of the few places still open serving Thai food, and I must say, it was not a disappointment! My friend got pad see ew, which was a bit small for the price but tasty; I opted for tom yum soup and spring rolls. The tom yum soup wasn’t anything special, but the egg rolls were good, and the serving of green tea ice cream was enormous. Overall, I’d head to a few other places before this one, but a decent option for the area.

I’m from out of town and this was definitely a place where I would want to go to grab a good cheap bite after exploring New York! I ordered the Tom YUM soup and drunken noodles with chicken(extra spicy!) It was so cold in New York so I wanted something delicious. I liked it, but not the best I’ve had! But definitely did hit the spot. Portion sizes are awesome too. Tom Yum soup was okay, needed more flavour and bite. Overall, I would come back again because it would be an easy go-to restaurant that pleases all people.

Good food but really lousy service. Used to order here pretty frequently but all of a sudden said they don’t deliver to us anymore, nor have they ever. which isn’t the case as I used to order it once a week or so. Speaking to them was impossible, and they didn’t seem to understand what I was saying to them, so the girl gave the phone to another employee who similarly, couldn’t understand what I was saying. All in all, the food at this place is good, but this is really frustrating as it was my go-to and they abruptly decided that my apt is no longer in their delivery range. Not being able to have any employee be capable of carrying a conversation wasn’t enjoyable either. Time to find a new go-to.

Fast delivery, affordable given typical Manhattan dinner prices, food arrives hot & fresh. Both the panang curry and the pad thai were quite good, if a bit on the sweeter side. I’d happily order again. Can’t speak for in-house service.

One of the better Pad Thai’s in NYC. Had it with duck(a little dry), but tasty. House red wine is only $ 6 a glass, and it is actually really yummy! Great for a cheap, quick Thai fix. Service is fast but impersonal.

Decent place for takeout with typical Thai staples at decent prices. Tip: call and order directly(don’t use seamless because it’s more expensive). Had the beef drunken noodles — pretty tasty, not too spicy, sizeable amount of beef compared to most other neighborhood restaurants. Fried«calamari» was okay. Pretty sure it was cuttlefish. Probably better when eating on site. Would go back again for take out.

So I have a love and like relationship with Thai Terminal. Some of my better experiences with them is with their take out, weirdly enough. I’m not too adventurous when it comes to food, so I stick to the typical Chicken Pad Thai or Beef Pad Se Ew and the occasional crab rangoon. The crab rangoon is pretty awesome here, with a corn crab sauce that ties it all together perfectly. However, when I order their pad Thai or pad se ew at the restaurant I usually feel like there’s way too much sauce. Sometimes it gets to the point where it’s overwhelming. It may not be a problem for everyone but for me it is. Usually just asking for less sauce helps. Their Pad Thai is amazing when you take out and the pad se ew when ordered with less sauce always hits the spot. Thai terminal is my usual go to Thai place and I’ll always find myself coming back.

It was a Friday night and I was meeting several friends who were all coming from different places. My friend who got there first managed to get seated although she was the only one out of a party of five. That’s pretty rare in the city, but they were kind enough to let us get seated while the rest of our party trickled in. The servers are all VERY polite, and they are really good about filling your water! We started with some fried chicken(light, crispy, and tasty) that came with a side of sweet dipping sauce. I don’t really like sweet dipping sauces, and I prefer having a more savory spicy dip, but it was ok! I also started with some mango thai tea which was actually pretty good in an interesting way! It was like normal thai iced tea, but just a mango kick in the end. Friends got some lycheetinis which didn’t have enough alcohol in them apparently for the $ 7. Price-wise, a lot of their dishes are really reasonable(~$ 9 – 12)! I ordered spicy basil ground chicken with white rice. It was good, but I tried my friends’ noodle dishes(pad see ew, pad kee mao) and I noticed that they were really really soggy. In the end, EXCELLENT service. Food wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t bad!

What a treat! A tiny restaurant in East Village with delicious Thai food and wonderful service. FOOD: I ordered the massaman curry with tofu, and oh my word it was amazing. The sauce was creamy and a little sweet, with just a touch of spiciness. Perfect for someone like me who really appreciates what spice does for a dish, but simply can’t handle too much. The dish was full of vegetables and tofu — the tofu was the fried tofu variety, and really soaked up all the flavor of the sauce. The accompanying rice was also delicious, soft and fluffy. Others at my table ordered the pad thai, pad see ew, and duck curry, all of which were well-received. SERVICE: We were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant is fairly small, and we were a larger group(5 people), so it’s understandable that we had to wait a few minutes. Our waitress was very kind and prompt. When we tried to split our check onto 5 different credit cards, we were told they couldn’t accept more than 4, and she was very accommodating and apologetic. AMBIANCE: The restaurant itself is lovely, very clean and well-lit. They play music too, which I found a little unusual, especially since it was Top 40 music. I didn’t mind, because I like to jam along to pop music, but it did get a little loud. There happened to be construction right outside the restaurant when we were there, so hopefully that’s not an everyday occurrence. I would definitely come back here, and try some more of the dishes!

My friend had been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m so glad we did! We tried the mango mimosa and the mango iced tea — both amazing and unique! The pad thai was spot on, as were the veggie rolls. The staff was attentive, helpful and very nice. Prices were relatively cheap for the area and you get pretty good portions.

Mediocre food, dishes presented simple and beautifully. The food was decent, more Americanized, and didn’t standout. Though to be fair, I probably have to try a few more dishes. The papaya salad was ok, didn’t have any spicy kick, and had the usual ingredients of shredded papaya, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and peanuts. The addition of chopped green romaine tasted a little odd. The papaya salad marinade was ok. The Gulf of Siam Entrée didn’t have much seafood in it, just a few shrimps, small mussels, and rings of squid was in a tasty, sweet light beigish sauce. There was a vegetable in the dish that tasted like it odd — like it didn’t belong there. I think it was watercress. The Thai ice tea was too sweet, it was cold, smooth, but I would describe it as bland. One thing about this restaurant, I saw them give a homeless woman a bag(of food I think) near the end of the evening, she seemed to expect to collect it. I thought that was really sweet.

A small delightful Thai place I went to for lunch on a Saturday. There was plenty of room, most likely because it’s a bit off from the crowded streets of St.Marks. Compared to many other Thai restaurants with dim lighting, this place was super bright with sunlight coming through the large glass windows. I went for my usual Thai order, chicken pad see ew. It was pretty tasty, however, the noodles seemed a bit overcooked. They were in smaller pieces and seem to break easily, which was a bit of a bummer since the flavor of the dish was good. I’d probably come back to this little spot, but I’ll probably opt for something else!

A friend and I consulted our Unilocal apps for a casual spot to grab dinner before karaōke last Friday night, and thus discovered Thai Terminal. Very inexpensive by Manhattan standards. Tiny space, only room for about 20 seated customers, but executed well in that it does not feel cramped at all. Next-level customer service. Not only was our waitress gorgeous, but drinks were brought out immediately and both of our food orders were in front of us in less than 5 minutes — leading me to believe dishes are already prepared ahead of time in large batches. Generous portions, too, as neither of us could finish our dishes. Red Curry — Creamy, thick, and delicious. The chili paste flavor is strong, but not overpowering. I was especially impressed by the texture and flavor of the mock duck. Plum Wine — Small glass, but very sweet. Mango Thai Iced Tea — Creamy and addictive!

3.5 stars– above average Thai food and affordable and quick. Also the service was fantastic, the waitress/hostess was super nice and accommodated us when the crab ragout appetizer came out cold. We started with the crab ragout, coconut shrimp, and summer rolls. The crab was awesome, we ended up ordering a second dish, but the other two apps were lacking. The coconut shrimp was again way too heavy/greasy and the summer roll just tasted stale and needed either more tofu or they should add fresh shrimp. It was way too much lettuce inside and the rice paper wasn’t fresh. They also put the peanut sauce directly on the rolls already which I didn’t like, and they only had the spicy chili paste and not siracha. The entrees were good. My spicy basil tofu was really good, and my friends enjoyed the pineapple fried rice, drunken noodles, mussaman’s curry, and parang curry. One of them ordered the sticky rice which was good but as you got to the bottom it was really hard. I think I’m only turned off because I love summer rolls so much and I feel like that’s a staple for Thai restaurants. If they redo the recipe this place would def be worth 4 stars to me. I’ll be back again to try!

I’m not huge on Thai food(blasphemy, I know) so, this review won’t be entirely helpful, but two things I consistently order off Seamless from Thai Terminal are: The barbecue chicken satay salad: This is a fresh salad of mixed greens topped with perfectly cooked chicken that comes with an absurdly addictive peanut sauce that essentially ruins any of the nutritious value of the salad, but is totally worth it. This is also a steal at a mere 6 dollars. Crab Rangoon: Imitation crab that is in a fried, wonton esque shell filled with cream cheese. SOGOOD. I usually order delivery from Thai Terminal, but I’ve picked up numerous times. The venue is on the smaller side, but it’s still quite nice. It has a sleek, modern feel to it and when the weather’s nice they open up the front doors and it really enhances the place(despite not getting a ton of direct sunlight). Either way, Thai Terminal seems like a solid date spot, but due to it’s small size a reservation doesn’t seem like a bad idea.

Solid Thai place in the neighborhood with very fair prices. This place won’t blow you away but if you’re in the mood for thai food and in the neighborhood this is a great choice. Quick service, good prices and typical Thai menu. I had the green curry which was good. Moderately spicy but way too much«soup». Chicken was good and veggies were fresh.

3.5, I wasn’t impressed or disappointed with this place. Pros: –Quick service –Food is decent –prices are good Cons: –The place is tiny, tables are a tight squeeze. –Servers seemed to be in a rush, asking multiple times if your ready to order I ordered Pad Prik-Khing chicken and as advertised it was spicy(spicy enough at least). The dish was ok. I’m not really a fan of uncooked vegetables in my dishes and this dish had a lot of that. Although it did have a good spice it was lacking in complexity of flavor. If salt was available at the table I probably would have added some. It wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t something I’d look forward to eating again. Good thing the price was more impressive than the flavor. It was about $ 9.50 for a nice serving of chicken, vegetables and white rice. I found that to be a better value than most sit down restaurants in the area. Because of that it’s possible I could come back here to sample something else on the menu. If I found something I really liked I would return frequently due the location and the prices.
