TGI Builders

Since my post Feb 2015, Yossi has still not returned to complete my job. It is just too small and not important to him. He does not respond to my weekly texts. Once again… DO NOT PAY HIM IN FULL until you are completely 100% done, and satisfied. He appears to be a nice and honest man, but I feel betrayed by my trust in him. I could not be more disappointed by his complete lack of responsiveness and refusal to complete a job that was started in December!

My husband and I were incredibly nervous about using a contractor in NYC after all the horror stories that we’d heard. We were very lucky that our designer found Yossi of TGI Builders. There cannot be a more trustworthy contractor our there. He provided us with a reasonable proposal and got to work immediately. He takes great pride in his work and will make sure the client is 100% happy before declaring a given task complete. Further, he did not nickel and dime us on every small thing that came up. In fact, he stuck to the number he quoted on day one even though the project had evolved since then. Yossi took our calls every single time and was willing to swing by at odd hours to have in-​person discussions about various components of the project. He was beyond pleasant to work with (which is incredibly important when this person is in your home every day for months) and we were not the easiest clients. If you are considering an apt remodel, you will be so happy you chose Yossi/​TGI Builders. Yossi gave us a beautiful home and we cannot thank him enough!
