I have to say, working with with company was great. I had a business meeting that I was hosting at a local hotel. I needed a projector and some speakers because there were videos involved in the presentation. I contacted Technology Logistics Corporation and told them exactly what I was looking for. They told me everything I would need, and even recommended a microphone. I didn’t even think about a microphone at the time, but it absolutely came in handy! I told them the date and time of the meeting and they said they would come set everything up. This was huge considering I had other things to worry about that day. The day arrived and Jonathan(the guy who came to set everything up) was there early and got everything working with more than enough time to spare. He asked me to test everything out to make sure it was the way I wanted it. The most important thing was that Jonathan didn’t just set everything up and leave the wires everywhere. He took the time to make it looked as presentable as possible. His attention to detail reassured me that he took his job seriously. It turns out we had a last minute change to the room layout, and I asked Jonathan if he could rearrange everything. He did it without hesitation! I kept saying how sorry I was, and he kept saying that it was not a problem at all. I can’t say enough about their customer service. From the initial phone call to the event setup, I appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. And of course the meeting went great, and they took care of everything when it ended. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a technology rental. I will most certainly be using them in the future.
