Remind me NEVER to visit this establishment again.
I first went here to use the ATM and it was malfunctioning so I went inside the bank to spam to a representative. I waited in line forever just to ask a question about deposits. When it was finally my turn the woman who seemed to be the manager as she didn’t have on a name tag or uniform she had a white t blouse on instead didn’t even make eye contact with me she acted as if I were bothering her by asking her a question, she rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty attitude and answer.
I was having a perfectly good day before I walked in to this branch. The woman who was standing next to her realized how nasty she was being and answered my question as I was walking away.
Thai is the worse branch I have ever visited. I’ve been a customer with TD for 5 years and never had an issue until yesterday. I refuse to ever patronize this branch again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do their banking here either.
