Great place for takeout chicken! Delicious taste and really good sides. My go-​to takeout place.

Just ordered seamless from here and the chicken was cold and still raw. When I called the restaurant to complain about it the guy picked up started immediately shouting at me saying that he did the chicken himself and if I dont like the way they cook it, I should never order from his restaurant again and hang up! Well done, excellent example for customer service, I sure will never order from you again!

Extremely fast service. Takes credit cards. Food is super fresh. Chicken falls off the bone. Delicious seasoning on the chicken. The white garlic sauce is fantastic. Very healthy side options. I usually get the half chicken with veggies and corn. I’ve ordered delivery and it was fast. No frills service. This is a takeout & delivery spot and they get tons of delivery business, which speaks volumes of the quality. The only cons are that there is no space to eat — not even a counter. The general attitude is «what do you want — okay here it is — now get out.» I will continue to return as the food is delicious, healthy, quick, and inexpensive.

I was really looking forward to trying this place. The small roasted potatoes were pretty tasty, and the chicken was okay. The coleslaw, however, tasted like it had been sitting out all day for the past few days and I couldn’t eat it. I am just sharing my experience… the small potatoes were good, chicken okay, and the coleslaw was inedible. It was delivered with a smile, and that counts for something, too.

Good Rotisserie Chicken. The Signature White Creamy Sauce (Garlic and Spices) is even better. I wish I ordered for an extra sauce!

This is a nearby shop and it always smells good so I decided to pick-​up dinner here one night. The chicken was okay, but the sides in particular were very poor. The roasted potatoes were actually worse than a frozen packet. They were mushy and honestly couldn’t believe they would send that out.
I do agree with another reviewer than Señor Pollo is much better, so I order from there even though TakeMeHome is around the corner (and I’m not sure what the owner is talking about in his reply to that reviewers comment, because their prices are nearly identical).

Great food! Super tasty and awesome price point. Definitely great to have them in the neighborhood so nearby.

Half Rotisserie Chicken $ 8.00 (All natural, free range. Marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices. Served with your choice of sauce.) with Choice of Sauce: Signature White Creamy Sauce (Garlic and Spices) was tasty and moist enough, but unmemorable (I guess the price is justified given said provenance). Moist Cornbread studded with a few kernels for $ 2.00 but I’ve had tastier.

This is hard. I don’t know how I feel about this place.
I went here once. I found it on Seamless but had trouble ordering, so I went to the place.
The chicken was just sitting there looking all messy along with the other food, but whatever. I got ½ dark meat chicken with a side (mashed potatoes), an extra side of corn, and cornbread.
It was pricey, not a lot of food (for what I paid) and honestly just mediocre. It was decent, I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had a strong craving. Maybe I should try it again. Maybe I should have asked for gravy on my mash. Or maybe the cashier should have asked me if I wanted to put gravy on it. I don’t know. It just didn’t hit the spot, and I love dark meat rotisserie and sides.
If and when I try this place again, I will update my review.
(Maybe just make a different kind of mash? Way too mushy. Reminds me of when my mom used to make the box of Hungry Jack with milk. It was like potato soup. Gross.)

You should try this place if you want. This isn’t a bad review. It’s just honest.

This is definitely my favorite spot to have dinner every night. Not only is there chicken delicious, it is one of the only healthy options in the area! Their chicken is all natural GMO free and they have this great 12 $ deal for half a chicken + 2 sides. Can’t beat that !

Went in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. I asked for a half chicken. Guy said «Is dark okay? We only have dark meat right now.» Excuse me? Is this from some sort of mutant non-​symmetric chicken, or just where did you learn to cut chickens in half?
This is from a place that serves whole chickens, half-​chickens, wings and a few sides. How can you be out of your main product?
The sides all looked horribly mushy and overcooked.

This is in response to the owner. Maybe I will come in again. I see that your menu here lists whole chicken dark meat, whole chicken white mean, etc. That’s just never the way I’ve seen it before. It can’t really be a whole chicken if it’s all white or all dark, unless it’s some sort of mutant. You should really just say two breasts, two wings, whatever it is. Whole chicken means a whole damn chicken and half means a half cut down the line of symmetry, i.e. one wing, leg, breast, and, thigh,

Take Me Home has the best rotisserie chicken in town! I live around the corner and it’s become my go-​to when I want to have home-​cooked feeling food. The chicken is super flavorful and the sides are delicious. (Try the corn bread) — I’d recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve also learned that it’s perfect to get and bring to the park. Just on a side note.
I will continue to return here. Support one of the good businesses in our area :)

I wasn’t initially happy with my order from here. But the manager called and offered to allow me to try the menu again and I agreed. The chicken was good and the skin was crispy but the inside was moist the way i like it. I turned my salad into a chicken salad and it was good. The cornbread was also very delicious!

This is another one of those, how did it end up getting a 5 star rating type of place. We ordered delivery and the chicken was juicy, but it was very bland. It felt like everything needed more salt or just more flavor. However, the creamy sauce was pretty good. I guess they’re just depending on the sauce for all the flavor? Mac and cheese was a super meh. Not gooey and very plain and dry. Potatoes and corn bread were much better though.
We tried to deviate and try something different than our usual, Señor Pollo, but I guess there’s no escape from it! If you want better chicken and cheaper prices around this neighborhood, definitely go to Señor Pollo instead.

I found this place while really trying to decide to go to Momofuku Noodle Or another place called Sidewalk. Confused what to do I saw this place right then. Small little shop that just opened two months ago but maybe a little hard to tell. The prices were outer good, not a lot of things were really above ten dollars.
When I entered one of the guy who is running it instantly greeted me and just really helped me out. I was unsure about getting half a chicken with a side or six wings, and the whole time they were patient and really trying to help me figure it out. They offered me several times to try a wing before I bought anything. None the less I decided to go with wings and even after that we got to talking about adding a spicy version and making other sauces. The funny part was they were butting heads which I thought was funny, but that is a good thing if you wanna come up with the best food to serve. But hope they remember don’t argue always lol. Eventually though I did try a wing and my goodness was it juicy and flavorful. It wasn’t salty or having too much garlic. It was moist and succulent. The only prob was the bone was kinda hard, but still awesome chicken. Definitely give this place a shot.

Stopped by here because they dropped a coupon by my doorstep ($ 6 for a whole chicken!) and… I love chicken. It’s healthy and scrumptious, if cooked right.
Their chicken was so juicy and delicious. I ate half of the whole chicken in one sitting. The cashier was super nice and even gave me the coupon back so that I can use it again. Woot! I saved the other half and used it later as a pasta add on (just peeled the chicken and shredded it) — perfecto.
Their menu is very simple (sides: corn, steamed veggies, potatoes) and different roasted chicken parts. I had their steamed vegetables as a side for $ 4 and the portion was very generous!
This is a great place to grab a healthy meal for a low price.
