As coworkers testified, they only service per profit so things like cutting a SIM card from micro to nano are denied. Don’t bother here, try at least the other W 34th St store who cares more than this corner shop.

Poor customer service — I think its a franchise location. Staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. I suggest you walk to the company store on 34th between 6th and 7th.
