Horrible. Four reps were serving one customer. Said customer left and four reps were free. I said, «can someone help me,» then one rep said, «just a minute,» no eye contact, and I left.

I came here after over 30 minutes of waiting at the 30 E 14th St TMobile location. My phone wasn’t working at all and wouldn’t turn on so I was freaking out. Maggie helped me and she was amazing! She helped me get a new phone(the same kind otherwise I would have to pay to upgrade). I only had to pay $ 5 for shipping. Then she helped set me up with a loaner phone that I could use until my new phone arrived. The computer was a little slow but she never got distracted or gave me any attitude. Whem the order was processing or little things that she had to wait for, she would try to help other customers with quick questions but let me know she hadn’t gotten about me. She wa so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend coming here and asking for Maggie if you have problems. Avoid the 14th st location.

Seriously horrific customer service. The sales representatives here are extremely pushy, and at least the one I dealt with had very little knowledge of the cell phones on offer at this small T-Mobile location across from the N/R 23rd st. subway station. And as another reviewer mentioned, the music is blasted here way too loud. I could barely hear what one of the sales representatives was saying.

I went in here figuring it would be fast but boy was I wrong. I work for a company that is supposed to get a discount from T-Mobile it took them over an hour to find my company because their computer was never updated to include my company under new activations. Wow. I stood there waiting and waiting. They have no seats for the customers. It was torture. …Fast forward months later, called customer service to inquire where is my company discount. Now they tell me there is supposed to be a form for this discount. WHYDOESTHESTAFFINTHEIRSTORESNOTKNOWTHEPROCEDURES??? Why can’t the staff take less than 3 hours to start up an account? Why can’t the staff understand what«prorated» means? Staff kept on telling me its going to be prorated but I was charged for the entire month when there were two days left! I asked why, she said because its«prorated.» Does she even understand what«prorated» means!!! The music was sooo loud i could not hear what the staff was saying. TURNDOWNTHEMUSIC! We had to shout to hear each other. WEARENOTIN A CLUB! My God, the service is painful! The staff know nothing at this location. STAYAWAY!

OK service, fast, professional & organized help. This store is near lots of subway and it is roomy. One person managing the line so it remains organized. We came in to add a new T-Mobile service($ 50 per month 4G service) and told over two hours. Other issues… turn down the music! At times I couldn’t hear the person behind the counter. Customer service could not explain an item on the billing and recommend we call the help number. They also could not give the correct company discount for working for certain company. Seriously needed: more educated customer service and chairs for customers waiting!

Great buyer experience from this T-Mobile store! Sales representatives actually know what their talking about and are willing to help you out 100%. I dealt with Jason(sp?) and Luke and they were extremely knowledgeable and patient. I can’t say the same about every T-Mobile store, however, I know for a fact that if you come here they will take care of your issue(s) immediately and will help you out the best way they can. I would definitely come back for anything T-Mobile related. This store also allows you to pay your T-Mobile bill from two ATM looking machines near the back so that’s pretty convenient along with in-store Hot Spot.

I work in the area and when I have an issue with my phone, I always seem to stumble in this location. The store itself is set up like any other tmobile retail store. The issue is, the store always reaks of oil and gas. I walk in there and my clothes smell like I was hanging with Freddy Kruger in the boiler room. As for the customer service, they are a few nice associates. Others however, seem to have«special needs.» Maybe they are a company which hires that type. Besides the associates, the customers always seem to be «crackheads» from a near by methodone clinic… no clue why tmobile attracts that type, but whatever.
