Suzanne Steinbaum, DO

I have been a patient of Dr. Steinbaum for several years because I believe she is an excellent doctor. Her staff however is the most incompetent, unreliable, uninformed, irresponsible, support staff that I have ever experienced in any medical office. This last episode was so stressful that despite how exceptional Dr. Steinbaum may be, I cannot do it any longer. The stress and aggravation I experienced during this last episode in trying to secure a prescription for a medical test was so overwhelmingly frustrating and upsetting, it was worse than any other event that that I have ever experienced, so horrific that I cannot be Dr. Steinbaum’s patient any longer. I go to a cardiologist for medical care and the stress I experience in her office so exacerbates by existing condition, I end up more ill after contact with her office than before. So fair warning to all, if your heart is strong enough to cope with the inept front office, then all the best to you, otherwise, you are going to be more ill after your visit than when you first got there.
