Susan Fromer, MD

Dr Susan was recommended to me by my boss and he kept saying she is the best doctor. I had a laser surgery years ago and its recommended that I get my eyes dilated every year. Making an appointment was a breeze. Once the waiting time was over (which seemed to be forever), I was escorted into the small check up rooms. Dr Fromer came over after the initial assessment. She has such a pleasing personality and made me feel comfortable right away. She was very gentle and had the most perfect bed side manners. She answered my questions with lot of patience and did I mention she was very pleasing to talk to.
My one and only gripe about my visit was the wait time. But honestly after meeting her that didn’t seem to matter as much.
There is a sign outside my boss’s cabin which says «Boss is always right». And guess what he was !!!
Dr Susan Fromer is the best ophthalmologist in NYC!!!

Excellent first experience, efficient, friendly & on time. All in all an experience to recommend.
