Great place for a cheap and quick mani pedi. The ladies working here are super sweet and always do a nice job. This is a no-frills spot but it’s clean and they have good massage chairs and products. For a $ 23 mani-pedi, what more could you ask for?

I had an extremely poor experience at this salon tonight. I stopped in to get a gel manicure and they completely butchered my nails. They made my nails bleed numerous times when they were cutting my cuticles because they didn’t soak my hands or put any lotion on prior. It was a very painful manicure. I absolutely do not recommend going to this place. There are tons of other nail salons nearby so worth it to walk the extra block than stop in this place.

I didn’t check the reviews before I went, just stopped when I saw a sign on the street that said «Spa Manicure & Pedicure $ 23.» The owner was sweet, but I can see how the language barrier might create a problem… there was some confusion with the lady after me whether the«spa pedicure» was extra. Just be very clear that you want the $ 23 deal! That being said, I had a nice time and some good conversations with the other patrons and workers there. It’s been 5 days and my nails are still looking great! A little wear and tear at the tips, but I’m pretty clumsy with my hands so it’s expected. The pedicure also did wonders for my dried out feet. I’d give it a 4, but it seems like it may be an inconsistent place. If I come back, I’ll give an update.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars Recently moved around the corner from Chelsea so was looking for someone closer to replace my current(and amazing) lady who does my eyebrows(Kathy at YoYo Spa on 14th btw. 7 and 8th Ave). SUCH A BIGMISTAKETOCOMEHERE. GOAWAY. RUNFARFARFARASFARASYOUCAN. read on for my horror story: So I stopped by around 7pm on a Wed. Should have been aware that no one else was there besides an old man sitting in a pedicure chair with his feet wet and no one attending to him meanwhile 4 manicurists were playing with their phones in the opposite corner. I asked to get my eyebrows waxed(8.50 + tip) and was lead into the waxing room(which is in the basement). The space did not look up to date and neither was their waxing equipment. It was somewhat cluttered too. The lady(who I assume was prob Suki because she was counting cash when I walked in) proceeded to wax my eyebrows WITHKINDACOLDWAX. Not only did it hurt I was mortified. By that time it was too late, my eyebrows were already terribly uneven and the area completely burning. I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Didn’t even bother asking her to fix it. Learned an important lesson: 1. never get your eyebrows done on a whim without checking Unilocal first 2. never stray from your eyebrow lady even if you must journey back to the west side.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to… and I’ve been to many. Got a gel manicure and I rushed to a different salon minutes later to redo them. The nails are different lengths, the polish was chipping the minute I left and there’s a ripple on one nail. Absurd for a nyc nail salon. The pedicure was nowhere above ok… she forgot top coat on 2 nails… which I also fixed minutes later.
