Sugar Shack Burlesque

I was just checking out my pictures from the recent Unilocal event, (yes, the amazing Inaugural Ball) and I wanted to give some love to the ladies at Sugar Shack Burlesque. I somehow had never been to a Burlesque show, so it was a new experience for me. Let me tell you – these hardworking women (with a capital W) put on a riveting show for us! They made baring down to your skivvies look as easy as pie. That’s no simple task, as far as I’m concerned. How does one a) do their dance in front of a zillion people b) get naked c) smile d) ooze sexiness AND a fun spirit e) not trip or fall (a particular problem of my klutzy self) all at the same time??? Hmm. I think I need some lessons!
