The best you can say is that it’s close to Penn Station. Like Penn Station, it’s mediocre but convenient. Sandwiches are okay. what do you expect? It’s Subway. Most of my experiences here have been fine but I once got a guy who apparently didn’t speak English. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made me repeat it by asking me each item individually. «Which bread?» «Footlong or six inch?» At least memorize the words you have to use to do your job!

There has been a new management at this subway and Idk but the food has been horrible at this location. The bread doesn’t taste as good and the veggies are not fresh and this is multiple times I have been to this location. The staff as always are nonchalant, but I don’t not recommend! Ok so I wanted to try the new smokehouse barbecue chicken sandwich but I didn’t want the $ 6 footlong. I asked for a six inch sub. The sandwich was good and I had asked for pickles lettuce and tomato. There was good flavor, not too smoky or too spicy. My gripe is with the price. If it’s $ 6 for a footlong why is it $ 4.50 for 6 inch sub. I understand it might not be exactly half this price and this is not the fault of the franchise owner per se but still.

I mean it’s subway. Nuclear bread, mediocre meat, and tomatoes that for some reason are always end pieces? Saying that, it’s good and I come here three times a week using my subway card

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received at this Subway. I ordered large quantities of 3 different types of sandwiches, chips, and cookies during Fashion Week for our design studio. Not only did they call to confirm the order, they asked how we would like it packaged. Please keep in mind, this is the only Subway that would take our large order over the phone. The men who run this subway are gracious and organized. Our sandwiches were in boxes appropriately labeled, and the men helped my colleague and I hail a taxi to get these sandwiches back to the studio. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This subway deserves any business it receives!

The service here is pretty quick. They usually have a lot of people behind the counter doing the whole«sandwich assembly line» thing, which is a nice change from some Subways that only have one or two dudes behind the counter that take their sweet time. Also, they share the space with a pizza shop of sorts. There’s a counter perpendicular to the Subway counter with full pizzas and a nice running deal(buying two slices gets you a free can of soda). I don’t often see people getting pizza there, but the pies are actually not bad if you’re looking for a change. Overall, it’s not a bad spot for a Subway. It’s right on the corner, which is good for a quick bite… provided you don’t get run over in the process by the crazy traffic in the area. Seriously, drivers(and delivery guys on bikes on the sidewalk) are ridiculous at that intersection, so you gotta be careful. One day I almost got run over 3 times in the span of 20 seconds, despite the fact that I was being extra careful. Keep your eyes open.
