Subway

Seriously, every time I come here, the never have anything I want! No coffee, no soup. No pepper jack cheese, no this, no that… WTH?! I can’t tell if they’re too lazy or too cheap to have the items on the menu available. The staff is very nice, but I don’t come in here to make friends, I just want my sandwich how I like it with a soup. It’s just ridiculous to me how ever single time, they won’t have something that I initially came in here for. So why do I still come here? Because it’s the closest one to my house and I just hope every time, that mayyyybe this time they’ll have what I want. In general I love Subways, but this particular restaurant is sooo not prepared to run a business. Hopefully some new management takes over soon

FIX THE DAMN DOOR! IT’S FREEZING IN HERE! Service and food are fine, staff are decent enough, pricing is average for Manhattan. Coffee maker hasn’t worked in forever and there’s usually one soda fountain nozzle that’s out, but I wouldn’t care about that if the door didn’t take 35.58 seconds to close. I’d rather not have to make the extra trip to the other Subways in the area just to avoid this nuisance.

service totally sucks, staff is unfriendly and they are not willing to cooperate with you, or help you. I have worked for a fast food restaurant before and this is not how people are suppose to be treated. I have to this subways about 3 times and all three times staff was difficult. My friends also went here and something is always wrong with. so this is the last chance and we are not going back. I suggest u do the same, its better to walk a little more to another Subway and get your order the way you want it.
