Ive been to this Carvel/Subway location 3 times and each time they always try to cheat me out of a few bucks more. One time I ordered 3 ice cream kids cups with toppings-$ 2.75 each+tx. The cashier kept pressing all the keys and charged me almost $ 12. Do the math. Took me almost 10 minutes to explain she was wrong. She didnt want to give me a receipt and I paid cash. Make sure you pay attention to what youre charged. Every little bit at the end of the day is huge in their pockets. Rating 1 star only because you have to in order to post this.

This place is cheap and have rude employees; you’ll order something and they’ll give you an anorexic slice of ham and a few leafs. Asked for no Mayo– puts mayo on the bread anyway. Customer service comes a long way in business.

Stay away from this Subways at all costs. You think that all franchises should have similar quality in food. You understand it’s not delicious but familiar and fairly cheap so when you’re waiting for someone or just super hungry. You go, «why not?» and buy something cheap to take a seat. PLEASEDONOTBEMISTAKEN and come here! There are many other more reasonable places you can sit in the area like Starbucks or. Kulu. Okay, well I decided to come here on a Monday night because I was waiting for my boyfriend who was approximately 20 minutes away. Back in high school, I would always order the broccoli cheddar soup and when I saw the Subways sign, I was immediately drawn to go in and pay for a cheap soup while having a place to wait. First note: Homeless people stay here. during business hours. with nothing in front of them. I walk in and ask for the soup, he then asks me what sandwich I want. In which I kindly replied. no sandwich please, but he was persistent for around 5 minutes which I didn’t like. I paid for my food. The receipt he gave me was terribly printed. could not see anything on it. The soup itself was sooo bad, I could not even begin to describe how disappointed I was. He gave me a try that was all wet, the cracker packaging was sticky and the crackers itself were stale. I would not be surprised if the soup was expired. it was altogether a disgusting experience.

This subway is located in a neighborhood filled with restaurants and food places. It’s combined with Carvel as well. So after your sub, you can always grab dessert after! The employees are really kind and communicative. I came during the night to grab some food for dinner because I was working late. The employee was asking how my day went and was interested in listening to me. Subway charges extra for bacon and most subways give me 3 bacon strips. This subway gives me double the amount(6 – 7)! They keep the store clean and neat every time I come to this location. Not much to say because it’s subway.

Came in to buy a sandwich today. Employees were arguing in front of customers. Had to keep repeating myself. They put a sauce on my sandwich that I didn’t ask for. Then they tried to scrap it off. Also the customer in front of me also got something on their sandwich they didn’t ask for but it was a veggie so it was easy to take off. They need to work on their listening skill. Also they are suppose to double wrap you sandwich. Meaning when they make your sandwich it’s on a paper and they when they finish they wrap it in the subway paper. I arrived home and I only have one layer or wrapping and the steam/sauce made the paper wet. Very annoyed, will most likely not go back. Haven’t found a good subways store yet.

yum! I got a sandwich here and what I love is the fact when you get toppings, they don’t look at you where this happens at every subway I go to where they look at me and I have to tell them what I want then they make me repeat myself cause they can’t hear me — annoying af to say the least. this place though the guy was super friendly and super attentive and instead of waiting for me to list the toppings I’d like he just points at the toppings and I nod my head and he puts it on. it’s a WAYY faster and easier process than me listing them. the place to me looked really clean I got my food to go. I think their veggies are really fresh I can really taste the onions and green bell peppers. the service was fast and efficient =)

Hit or miss with your toppings –some people are a little more generous and accommodating when you request more, some people are stingy regardless and don’t realize that by cheaping out, you’re actually driving away customers rather than saving money on produce. But I like this location more because it’s easier to sit here and eat if need be – the other one that opened up near White Castle is a lot small, and has two small(two seater) tables and you feel kind of cramped and want to leave after getting your sandwich. The tables are larger –can sit up to four and there’s more aisle/walking space so if people do come in while you’re eating, they aren’t brushing up against you accidentally. However, if a large line formed here, you would be close in proximity. Also kind of cool that you can get your sandwich and ice cream right after, if the mood struck. Besides that, fast service, no one ever copped an attitude, and accepting of coupons.

okay right now it is 2:36 p.m. I just called subways finding out what time they close and he told me they close at 12 a.m. since I have to work tonight and I need my Caroni 11 I’m going to stop by to see if they’re going to be open and what I want to do is order my sandwich and let you know how great is it. … Ok its 1137. they were open and the sandwich was great. Me and the wife went. We both had a 12 inch cold cut combo. Hers lettuce, tomato and cucumbers. I had everything on it. And large sprite. The place was great and clean. Maybe because out was almost closing find because they were cleaning up. Ok now for the cons… a they were cleaning my wife noticed try put the dirty carpet, from the walk in entrance, rolled up on the handicap table. Very disgusting. Other then that I don’t thing I would be eating on that table, ever.

There used to be a subway here before the whole building burned down, It’s a totally rebuilt building now. you got to catch some of the workers at the right time because most of them skimp out on everything. I used to work in the area and came in almost everyday sometimes twice a day to get a sub for my boss, and though they see me all the time, even waved to me from across the street, they still just throw on like 4 olives and 3 pickles on a footlong. grab some more buddy. I understand it’s a franchise and there are standards or whatever. but what’s the point of greeting reluctantly and slowing down the service if you can’t even be friendly and courteous to regulars. bummed me out :/ at least you can’t get the ice cream wrong, oh wait, they skimped me out on that too.(that’s not a scoop -.-)

Warning to those with weak stomachs… I just wanted to pick up something quick and what’s quicker thinking than a sub? That quick thinking might come with a price. As I’m going down the line picking my toppings, I noticed that the trays that the veggies come in, are lined with dirty ice from the freezer or fridge. Meaning… They never wash those things like ever… And… They just add the new cut-up toppings to the container and never throw out the stuff at the bottom when it gets old. Is that a fair assumption on my part? Gross… Bleh. Unilocalers and Unilocal elite everywhere: let’s get this place closed down and have them put in another Starbucks or something! There’s not enough of them everywhere. Jk but let me start thinking about what franchise would go nicely in this space.

I don’t know if It’s just this one worker there but this subways is super cheap. I opted out on the cheese and wanted extra veggies. I asked for more spinach and they gave me 1 more leaf, I asked again and they gave me another leaf. Same thing happened for cucumbers… I just gave up after that. I mean really… takes so much effort to get some more veggies… Saved 2 cents and lost a customer, good job.

I have waited for months for this store to open. I got a 6 inch tuna on italian bread. I got a 6 pack of flying saucers for $ 9 –half chocolate and half vanilla. Nice to see a Carvel in the area.
