STOP N GO WIRELESS, INC

Terrible company to work with. Bought an overpriced Motorola charger (eager to sell) and then when I decided to return it unused I got only store credit. Now, I can buy just Motorola items for $ 40 bucks. They did not warn me that I can get only store credit on return. I call that boot strapping! DO NOT SHOP THERE!

Suni is the best customer service guy ever! He ALWAYS knows the answers to my questions and is always friendly…

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I passed by to inquire about the new Blackberry. I told the salesperson that I just bought a new iPhone and still can not get used to the virtual keyboard. Even though she realized that I was not likely to purchase a new Blackberry at full price (since I had just renewed my Verizon contract) she was still helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.

Idk if its the strike that’s going on right now. and if there is normally any better service. but this was seriously some of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life.
The verizon customer service and salespeople in San Diego have always been exceptionally friendly and actually their job and do it well at that! They give you any discount they can, know their stuff and give advice from their personal experience/​customer reviews. At this store, they seemed annoyed that we came in and were asking questions. the store was empty, its not like they were busy!
The thin indian girl with glasses that works there was so rude, unhelpful and frankly I knew more about the plans & service changes than she did!
& there is seriously something wrong with her. my account password did not work so I had to leave, go check my written notes to find my password (which was the SAME as the one I gave her) soo I come back later and she is still there but I wait for the guy who is working. he isn’t friendly but has no problem immediately logging into the account with the SAME password that the girl said did not work!!! wtheck! I don’t understand.
My friend was with me and tried to ask her some basic questions about getting an upgrade and she had nothing but rude condescending remarks to him when he actually knew significantly more than him!
ughh… soo annoyed! :/
