This was a small pizzeria. The pizza was ordered in person and took about 15 minutes to be ready. A whole pizza was ordered with half being pepperoni and the other half being mushrooms($ 25). This pizza just did not do it for me. There was a lack of taste in the marinara sauce as well how much sauce there was on the pizza. The crust was alright, but nothing spectacular or anything. I just think the lack of taste and amount of marinara sauce was the downfall here. I could have also been expecting more because I was in the city. Will I go back? Don’t think so.

No no no no no. Walk another couple blocks and get a different pizza. Bland pizza and rude service.

Good place for a quick slice. They have seating upstairs which is a plus! The pizza variety was very different from the typical cheese and pepperoni. My husband really liked the buffalo chicken slice.

All the posted menus on line are priced much lower. They delivered a pizza with three toppings and charged me $ 10.00 more than what is on menu pages. The person answering the phone doesn’t speak English but the delivery man spoke perfect English. Doesn’t make sense having someone answer the phone for your business who cannot communicate. They delivered a pizza to Tribeca when I was only 4 blocks from them.

Nastiest pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I mean it was GROSS. The taste is indescribable. I will never come back here again

Apparently being located on the route from the Sept. 11 Memorial to the stock exchange means that this tatty slice joint can charge premium prices for lukewarm pizza. When I visited(part of an ongoing project to eat all the slices downtown) my warmed-up slice was showing signs of excessive age, the too-thick crust a bit damp even after reheating. The space(which is ringed by construction — not the restaurant’s fault, but not good for the atmosphere) is harshly lit and cramped. Washing down my two slices with a Snapple that cost nearly three dollars, I mused that this could only be considered acceptable when drunk or just visiting the city. Everyone else, avoid.

We got an entire supreme piza. Fabulous! Convenient to 9⁄11 Memorial. There were a lot of sweets there too, but we didn’t try any of those… The pizza was big!

Cool little place in the city. So many of these all over NY. Pizza was good, the dinning area is upstairs which is kinda weird, but cool at the same time. Could use some better décor, but the view you get while eating is nice.

Is it 2AM? Are you hungry and jet lagged from a long coast to coast flight and can’t sleep because its only 11 back home? Are you staying at the Millennium Hilton or another hotel in the area? Solution: Steve’s Pizza — as far as I can tell they are open all night. Slices are average NYC stuff, but good and hits the spot. Nothing beats convenience. Standing room only though, so don’t expect to linger.

This is a cheap late-night pizza place, so take that for what it is. It’s got pizza and other sorts of baked goods sitting out, you pick what you want, they warm it up(if applicable), then you eat it. $ 3 for a cheap slice, something like $ 5 for a more expensive slice. It’s straightforward and awesome, which makes it kinda refreshing in an area known for relatively more expensive restaurants. Service is quick but there isn’t much seating, so this is more of a take-out place. The pizza itself is solid. Not overly thick or overdone like most places. Very obviously fresh, despite sitting out for a while. The baklava is also quite excellent. Highly recommended for those who end up working too late.

I went in my birthday, I was tired and hungry, my friends were shopping at century 21, so I went with 10 bucks to find something to eat, and I was about to get back to the store without nothing in the belly when I saw this place in a small corner, I enter and bought myself a slice, I sat in a bench and I ate it. Until today I can say that was the best pizza I had ever tried

My wife found this place on Unilocal in response to our daughter’s request for New York style pizza. I thought it was overpriced at five dollars a slice for pizza beyond one topping. We walked out spending around $ 50 for pizza which is ridiculous but it was close to the memorial and we were hungry. If this is New York style pizza, I wasn’t impressed. However, my daughter thought it was delicious. I thought the pizza sauce tasted dry. Everyone appreciates different pizza so take it for what it’s worth. I do enjoy Chicago style pizza and would have to prefer it over New York style, if this is New York style. The pizza ordering area is cramped and also serves as an area for ordering sandwiches and burgers. There is an eating area upstairs which seemed busy also but did offer us a place to sit and eat. There is one bathroom upstairs, another was broken, but it was always busy with people in line. It was an interesting experience but I would explore other pizza options in the future.

Maybe it’s because I was really hungry, but the pizza was pretty good. $ 5 for a slice of grandma’s pie was a bit steep, but it tasted good and the upstairs seating area is cleaner than I would have imagined. Under normal circumstances, I might have considered this place average but definitely not a bad choice if you want to grab a quick slice or their other food options.

After a late night out partying and bar hopping to a few VIP parties for the Gumball3000 car rally we ended up at the W Hotel Living Room bar and needed something in our bellies to soak up some of the booze we drank. One of the closest places that was open to grab a slice was this joint. The insects I saw crawling on the pizza slices grossed me out. Plus, the pizzas sitting there under the glass looked a bit greasy and as if they has been sitting there a while. No. Sorry, just no. Those giving this place 4 and 5 star reviews must be clueless tourists. Waited until we hit a diner close to home around 3:30 am that night and had blueberry pancakes instead. Insects not included. Much better choice.

This place is a hole in the wall but at 4 am that’s what we were looking for. I was blown away by how good this pizza was. Totally worth coming to and they are open 24⁄7 I think. So awesome. The cheese was the best way to go.

Steve is a little small to-go Pizza restaurant(a tad bit bigger than a roadside concession stand) with a few drinks. I didn’t eat at Steve’s, only grabbed a cup of ice and some juice to be gathered in my thermal to contribute to my happy juice. One should always have happy juice in the instant that a wing spot(Wingstop) is being visited to watch the game and they don’t sell their own happy juice. If I weren’t on my way to relax, watch the game, partake in the consumption of happy juice, and eat wings, I would have definitely tried some of Steve’s pizza. The different varieties got an A on presentation as they lay in the display area.
