The most horrible Steve Madden ever. The place is a mess, the sales people are not attentive and don’t communicate well.

Terrible customer service! Dont go for the home delivery option with this company. I visited the store and picked out boots. They did not have the color I wanted but offered to deliver them — I thought great! But when they arrive they are the wrong boots. I call and am told I have to take the box all the way back to the store. I eventually get them to agree to pick them up but need to have a fax number where they can fax me a UPS form! They refuse to send out the correct product THAT I HAVEALREADYPAIDFOR until they get the wrong product that they sent me back again. Poor.

Kayla is the girl to go to. Found the shoe I wanted at another store and when it was shipped to me it was damaged. I brought it to her and She was apologetic and spent 20 min on the phone finding me another rare pair. Couldn’t be happier with her service. Thanks again Kayla!

Sketchy sales associate who are visibly unwilling to assist customers with their purchases. I was immediately brushed off to oblivion upon one brief encounter question, simply: «do you have an additional selection of women’s trouser socks?» Two sketchy sales associate abruptly stated: «NO!!! That’s what we’ve got okay!?» Has Upper East Side succumb to a great decline in communication skills as this? The fine art of professionalism in communication has greatly flushed into the TOILET! Steven Madden is about fashion, but the quality of shoes is poorly made as I had one pair of pumps which dilapidated into nothingness after one year. Amid, the store was a basket case of chaos of their stock. The sketchy associates further made the nagging chore of shopping even more distasteful. ICK!
