Nice location right next to the ACE line, good seating space with a hidden side room, plenty of power outlets and good Wi-Fi. Can be hit or miss for the wait time, if there are more than 5 people in line you’re in for a good 15 minutes before you get your drink order. Average coffee, I much prefer La Colombe a block away on Church St.

The employees here close early often, don’t look at you in the eye and refuse to do things like give you refills (which you’re entitled to)

I like this location.
Cozy, not too crowded, lot of seating.
Also I didn’t feel the staffs were unorganized, they may be a bit slow t serve but kind and reply most request we ask.
They also clean up the space frequently…

The line was not long. Year I had to wait over 20 minutes just for an ice coffee. So frustrating. They socialize and they are extremely unorganized :-(

One of the best Starbucks to go in NYC. They have great staff but also large seating area, wifi, outlets and obviously good coffee. I consider this off the beaten path because it’s out of the way from a lot of things such as Chinatown and Little Italy.

Great employees and very pretty layout. I went after 5pm. Weren’t too many people here. Still a good selection of pastries and everything was clean. I believe this location is new. Very pretty and I always pondered how one would get inside every time I walked past. Never saw a door. The exterior is beautiful as well since it’s connected to the AT&T building.

I love Starbucks in general, and this location has a Clover machine. There’s not a ton of sitting room, but what there is is comfortable. Conveniently located by the A/C/E Canal St station in the AT&T building.
