Not sure why this Starbucks consistently falls below par every time I go here. Ordered a clover drink this morning– was clearly made with the wrong beans and wrong amount of beans(had the guy not been so worried about his cell phone conversation it might have been correct, PETE that’s you) — come in again this evening to a distracted cashier who looked pained each time someone approached the counter. Not only completely disinterested but as the computer didn’t allow names to be keyed in, she just told people to listen for their drink as she didn’t want to write names down with a sharpie.

Line is long but moves quickly. The store is average as Starbucks has become very McDonalds like lately. I wish they would have more for here mugs to enjoy coffee in the café.

Un Starbucks de plus dans NYC… Comme ici, la «culture» du petit bistro sympa ils né savent pas vraiment faire … A défaut on se paye un café dans un Starbucks … Rien d’exceptionnel … Je dirai même plus que c’est«degueulasse» de boire un café dans un gobelet en plastique … Mais n’oublions pas que nous sommes au pays de la «mal-bouffe» Les tarifs né sont même pas intéressants … Les tables sont serrées … Ici on fait la queue un peu comme dans un MacDo, on vous demande votre prénom et une fois que vous avez payé, 5 minutes après vous avez votre café dans votre gobelet en plastique … Et vous avez droit de vous installer à une table si il reste de la place ou bien de sortir … Le seul plus … C’est le WiFi gratuit … :-)

This Starbucks is never ever helpful. Just tonight I went in around 7:15pm because I was craving a Bantam Bagel(little bagel bites.) No one was in line, but 2 women in front of me and they went to the register together. The cashier proceeded to take one order, make a drink(though there were two baristas doing NOTHING) and then take her money. THEN the other girl decided to order separately. Having stood there for 10min, I decided I didn’t need the 100 extra calories and they didn’t need my business. I never have a good experience here and I have lived in this neighborhood for 4.5 years. I’m glad I decided to finally write a review about it.

I thought Starbucks was supposed to have consistent quality service and trusted to give you your coffee correctly. What was supposed to be a decaf misto was a decaf filled too the top that burned my hand when i took off the top to checked to see why it tasted funny. So Starbucks at Union Square and E15th, I hope you figure out how to make this right.

Worst service I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. Joie and her group paid more attention to each other than to customers. There was ONE person working the register on a Saturday at Noon. Awful. Reason I cannot stand Starbucks.

EVERY time I come here my drink is messed up. Just a heads up, this location prints tickets which are placed on the cups… so the cashier literally has to ring up exactly what you say(decaf soy no foam extra hot) or else it will be made to standard which is exactly what happened. I ordered an ICED caramel macchiato with half and half. The guy didn’t press«iced» so the barista made it hot. Don’t even think about coming at night. The night crew is too busy joking around, having conversations with each other instead of taking care of customers. The last time I came here and the guy who was supposed to be on the register was talking to three people at the bar while mysel and 5 other people were standing there in disbelief.

I work in food service, so I can totally understand the stressful situations we encounter everyday. The real trick to stay patient and graceful. The barista here named Devin was totally AWESOME with helping me today. I rarely am unhappy with drinks here at Starbucks. Today was an exception. I ordered a Java Frapp and was unhappy with it, so I returned and spoke to Devin in regards to this. She didn’t hassle me in the process of making the 2nd one. I tried the 2nd drink in store and also deemed it unsatisfactory. She calmly asked if I wanted another flavor, I told her I wanted the Very Berry Hibiscus, a totally different drink.(Water based, no worries here!) She happily made it for me. Customer Service was personified as Devin! Awesome job!

Tonight was the first and last time I’ll ever go here. The lack of politeness from the worker cleaning the area where you get straws… That I could overlook. The real issue is that it’s open until midnight and in theory like most Starbucks a place to set up shop and get some work done. However there are four power points in the entire establishment, none of which work well and two that don’t work at all. On top of that, they close that area of the store at 11. Came in around 10:40 not knowing this, bought a coffee, sat down, couldn’t find any power points, finally found them, then got kicked out of the section, and couldn’t go to another coffee shop since I had just gotten a huge coffee… Never coming back here again.

Fast service, even when there was a line. The fastest I’ve probably ever received from a Starbucks. Service wasn’t anything great however. Was ignored upon asking a question, and received attitude the 2nd time I asked. Lots of seating and pretty clean.

I’m in this store regularly and it’s always disorganized. On a regular basis drinks are served completely out of order, with several later customers receiving drinks before customers who have been waiting for similar drinks. Two weeks ago I ordered two identical venti iced coffees. I watched as my cups that left the register with my name on them stacked in one another, and we’re poured together at the back counter, got separated by nine other drinks by the barista who was adding ice and capping them. When I said politely that I had the first half of my order and the second half had been separated to the end of the line, the barista was dismissive and took his time getting to the very obvious other iced venti(identical to the one in my hand) at the end of the row. This morning my two Pikes Place coffees were poured and then sat on the counter while two people behind me got their coffees. Their is always a lot of staff, most of whom are busy with small stuff or chatting with one another while the barista struggles to keep up. The friendly chitchat behind the counter never carries over to the customer, as the cold wall of distance drops over their faces to take your order– something I call«The Duane Reede Experience,» as it is a common disconnectedness with under-paid and under-trained workers in NYC. But it’s not what I would expect from Starbucks, and better management and training could resolve it.

Literally my to go place for coffee in the AM. The occasionally regular in this spot and coffee addict. When you drink enough coffee especially from Starbucks whether its a Tall — Grande — Vente size you know the weight of how your coffee is suppose to be. I have to admit its really IRRITATING when they half ass your coffee. The portion is not even filled up depending on who makes it. Sometimes it filled just perfect but thats only sometimes. I am a regular Starbucks guest. Normally I enjoy both the excellent customer service and the delicious beverages. However, after today’s encounter, I don’t believe I will visit this specific location any longer. I ordered a Venti Black Iced Tea with Apple Juice, the employee who took my order was very pleasant. Janae, the person who made my order on the other hand, was not. She was rude and extremely off putting. She made me feel unwelcome and irrelevant. I’m not sure if she was having a difficult day but, her interaction with me and my guest was uncomfortable to say the least. I hope this location emphasizes the importance of hospitality in the future.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times if the lines at Barnes & Noble — Starbucks café is too long or this is my go-to Starbucks before I hop on the train. The layout and interior is a little different from other Starbucks in the neighborhood. It’s much spacious than most Starbucks I’ve been too and has a good amount of seating throughout the café. I recently visited this Starbucks while in the city and I noticed they do one thing that other Starbucks haven’t done and that’s they print out a label with your name, drink, and the size and stick it on your drink.

I brought a banana loaf 2 min before sitting down eat it and began to read my book when the employee cane tapping me on the shoulder I need to have a purchase or I have to leave I told her I paid for something and ate it already she walks away and comes tap me on the shoulder telling me I have 10 min to leave I looked for a manager ask to speak with him he tells the worker he is on lunch he not coming to talk I told the worker don’t touch me again or something will happen to her because she keep touching me then the manager comes out after she goes and tells him what I said I told the manager I just paid for something and it was confirmed by the cashier he said he don’t care get out or he will call the cops he only takes up for his workers I also tried calling the manager to explain what happen he didn’t care he still was taking up for is worker This is one of the worst star bucks to go to never come her the workers are rude manager/supervisor is worst then they are Don’t not come here

I been here a couple of times as it is fairly close to my office and Sephora. As with most Starbucks, it depends on what time you go but there usually available seating in front or don’t mind sitting with a stranger. The back by the bathrooms, however are usually crowded. There is almost always a wait for your beverage and meals.
