Across the street from my job, so pretty convenient. The baristas here are great. Always friendly and fun personalities.

Just like any other Starbucks, they have coffee. Which is never bad. This location is clean, baristas are kind and friendly, and the milk/sugar station is always up to par. My only issue, which isn’t even the location’s fault(just being a whiny New Yorker) is that the lines are always long. Just get there before the early morning rush and you’ll be good.

So I was on a mission to become a GOLDMEMBER(Austin Powers style) so I’ve been going a bit nuts with Starbucks lately. Nonetheless I ordered my same old beverage, an iced chai latte — a simple drink of tea concentrate and milk. You wouldn’t believe the foolishness I’ve seen in some locations just waiting to order or for my drink to come out. However at this location I had no hassle. I was actually stressed for time but I was able to order, get my drink and run out to get my kid in no time. The cashier was a cashier, took my order nothing to fall in love with and the Barista at the bar that day to me was the man because like I said I didn’t have to wait. I got my drink less than a minute after I ordered and I wasn’t even the first one in line. I do commend the cashier for stepping up though, he wasn’t originally on the register but there was a lady in front on me that didn’t know what she wanted and had too many questions so he slid over and started taking my order. The store was clean, there was ample amount of seating — the store actually fit the neighborhood, quiet and laid back. I enjoyed my visit though it was short and I really liked the mugs selection they had displayed on the back wall before you hit the register.

Morning pick me up while running to the subway… Why does this starbucks stand out amongst the million in manhattan or even compared to the one on 1st and 23rd? 1) Super friendly! –Blake is amazing! As a walk in, he gives me the peace sign(a way of asking if I want my 2 shots of expresso) and I just shoot mine back up and bam, my drink is ready when I’m done paying. –There is also a tall Asian guy(forgot his name) who is also very friendly, greets you and asks how you are doing. 2) Fast and efficient 3) On the way to the subway 4) Large enough to bring your books to study or do work

Even though I’ve only started going here this week(I’ve lived around the corner for 3 months), it’s a pretty decent Starbucks! The three times I went in this week there was no line and the staff was surprisingly very friendly, which you don’t always get in a Starbucks. There’s a small amount of seating, mainly a bunch of communal tables, but because it’s small it has a cozy environment. I would suggest this place for somewhere to go when trying to get some work done. I asked someone to open the bathroom for me and they told me to go wait by the door but then forgot about me, about 5 minutes later someone finally came so I was annoyed but she kept saying she was sorry and was actually friendly so it made it a little better.

The location is near Beth Israel Hospital, and others, but I COULDNOTBELIEVE the barrista had to ESCORT me to the bathroom, as I gather they get a lot of? Homeless. Now it was 7;30 on a Monday morning: you think the barrista had better things to do, then make me feel like a 2year old. AND she made me wait, which did make me feel like a 2 year old. I later went down the street towards the lower East side and had a second drink, where they were much friendlier and the bathroom was NOT Locked.(and there was a woman who parked her bag of cans outside before she came in). I understand there is a problem, but requiring an escort? Come on! AND I’m a stockholder! ALL Of the Starbucks in NYC(and I’ve ordered from any number from the Lexington ave on the upper east side to the one at Union Square-where they had a long line for the bathroom) are much more accommodating. They are all ALWAYS busy, which should make the stock go higher than it is, if you ask me. Maybe they need to revise some of their policies…

This is a nice, larger location with table and stool seating. Usually seats are pretty filled but I haven’t had an issue finding a seat the few times I’ve needed one. There’s usually a line of 3 – 5 people so a wait is to be expected. Like the remodeled look which gave the store some new energy. The more recent staff has been pretty friendly from the cashiers to the baristas and I’ve seen the same faces regularly, which is nice. Helps in wanting to come back to the store when people are friendly. Food and drinks are pretty much the same across locations so not too much to say about that.

This Starbucks is located close to NYU joint hospital. There was a line but it moved quickly. The coffee was as expected at any Starbucks. The milk containers were empty and I had to ask for them to refresh the containers.

I come here on the daily. Service I would say about 4 stars. They’re okay-friendly. The woman with the short light blond hair is consistently friendly and always in a good mood which gives off nice energy all the time. They keep it clean and the bathroom is always in okay-decent condition. I decided to write a review just to give the baristas a tip. Every Starbucks varies how much milk they put in the cappuccinos which really affects the taste of the espresso. Too much milk you kill the taste and it just tastes like foamed milk with a tiny bit of espresso. No bueno! They do that here a lot compared to other locations. I’d rather a lighter cup with a strong taste then a full cup with way too much milk… just sayin… since i’m not gonna stop goin here.

This Starbucks is conveniently located close to my Drs office at Beth Israel. Service is quick, efficient and friendly. I just wish they had some for here mugs. To their credit the barista did make an effort to locate one. Also, there was not enough milk in the condiment bar. Overall a decent store which is cozy and clean.

This place appears to be new. There was still some touch up needing to be done on the exterior construction, but just trim really. It took a while to get my drink, but I think it may have been because a big group of people had just come in and they were backed up, so I’ll reserve judgement on that. My only real issue with the place is that I wish that some of the seating was«comfy»…you know, like the locations with a comfortable arm chair to sit in.

Not a bad Starbucks. They definitely seem a little disorganized though. I ordered a short drink and the girl charged me for a tall and kept insisting she hadn’t made a mistake. I suspect she was new. Took me a good 30 seconds for me to tell her how to ring it up properly. She was very polite about it though. She marked my cup right and I grabbed a seat at the counter which overlooks the bar. Despite the properly marked cup, the barista used the wrong kind of milk and the wrong amount of syrup. And this was in the late morning. Absolutely no line. No excuse for that. These things aren’t too big a deal for me so I didn’t have him remake it. I’ve sorta come to expect my experience at Starbucks to be a crap shoot. But it’s always nice when you go to a Starbucks and they put that little extra bit of effort into making a drink just right.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Unless you get really horrible service, and then it’s time to open fire. One morning, I decided that coffee was a requirement(as was grabbing a box of the instant Via coffee for the following day.) While waiting in a line, one of the employees kindly took my order. He was friendly and polite. I walked up to the counter to a man who seemed to have some issues handling a high volume of orders. All that I had ordered was a grande coffee. That’s it. He hands me a coffee, shouts, «next,» and I move on. Walking to the coffee station, I open the lid to my coffee for a little milk action. Foam. That isn’t mine… So upon walking back to the counter, explaining politely(I’m from California. We are the friendliest people that you will ever meet) that I think I may have the wrong drink. The employee making the drinks says, «That is because you TOOKBILL’S CAPPUCCINOOFFOFTHECOUNTER.» He hands me a coffee, and proceeds to tell Bill how rude it was that some people don’t pay attention to what name is called. Wait, what? YOUHANDEDITTOME! Nooooo need for rudeness. The customer is always right, dude. And when I am right, don’t go pinning your sloppy work on me. Will not be back.

I’m genuinely impressed that I somehow found a bad Starbucks. Figured I’d stop in after a doctor’s appointment– dude tried to upsell me into buying Via in some fake customer service voice for 2 minutes, held up the line, and then I wanted 7 minutes for my drink with 3 drinks in front of me. Yes, I waited less time in the doctor’s waiting room, yes my drink was not made correctly, and no, I will not be returning.

Not the best Starbucks I’ve been too but the cashier was really friendly even though it was pretty busy. The woman making the drinks seemed a little frazzled. It WAS a bit busy since it was morning and everyone was in to get their caffeine. But I noticed she made a couple drinks wrong for people in front of me so we had to wait for them to get redone. Plus, I ordered two drinks and she forgot to make one so I had to ask for it. The Pumpkin Spice latte I ordered was a little more bitter than usual. I’ve definitely had better Starbucks experiences but all in all, I need my Starbucks fix so I’d probably visit this location again!

Ok, bitches. It’s time for an update. Just for the record: I AM the Duke all up in here. I am ALSO the MAYOR on that other geolocation social networking application that shall not be herein named(but it starts with a number that equals 3+1). So, I have some degree of regularity you could say. Some might even say, I’m here ALLTHEFREAKIN’ TIME. So, when I come in to sit down at one of the tables that I’m normally accustomed to sitting at, and the electrical outlets that I am accustomed to using have been been replaced with metal plates, I AMGOINGTOTAKEUMBRAGETOTHISSHIT. Let’s not blame the staff. They are first rate. They remember my order. They are SUPER friendly and fantastic. But some unseemly DOUCHEBAG decided that people were sitting here far too long and removed the access to electricity. So, you offer unlimited free interwebz, but then you limit me by confining my stay to the time left on my battery. YOUSUCK, you freakin’ NOZZLE. Just sayin’.

Sam, you’re right. This is one of the worst in the world. Every now and again, they seem to have a good employee who is friendly, efficient, and good at what they do, but that never seems to last. I’ve had better service at Dunkin’ Doughnuts, which is telling, since the whole reason I go to Starbucks is because Dunkin’ Doughnuts has the least attentive staff ever. Ever. And, for the record, my drink of choice is a venti coffee, so it’s not like I expect a lot of pampering. I’m pretty easy to please.

I truly believe that this is one of the worst Starbucks on earth. It is so disorganized that they consistently lose my order even though I always get just a coffee or tea. Typically there are more people behind the counter than there are in line and it still takes upwards of 15 minutes to get a drink. More than once the person taking my order has just wandered off not telling anyone that I was waiting for coffee, never to be seen again. If it weren’t between my apartment and the train I would never go here again. To be honest I do get coffee here a lot.
