There should be no stars as a rating. This is the worst Starbucks, terrible customer service, rude employees.
I came to this place a few months ago, tried it again, but no change. The staff can’t even addressed me as a human being when I’m giving my order. Five people behind the counter, and only two were working. And the guy that took my order must have came right off the street. He didn’t have the decency to talk to me, just pointed at me and that meant that I had to give him my order.
I guess Starbucks does not see no care about these reviews. I see I’m not the only one who feels this way, but no changes have been made or will be. I will call this the ghetto Starbucks when I mentioned it to friends who are considering going there.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service that I have seen in the chain. I got yelled at today when I asked if there was any sugar. I was told that it will come in another day with a very nasty attitude. Again, just asking for sugar, not a special type of sugar.
Last week I paid for coffee and then they told me that I had to wait because they had none ready. After I paid for it…
In other words, if you want a ghetto staff that may or may not have coffee or sugar, go to this location.

Really horrible customer service. Staff is having there own conversations with other employees. And one employee black young female medium build said i should throw the coffee in my face cause i poured coffee in the garbage when ahe was trying to change it! What kind of employee do you hire there! I didnt you need to rethink ur hiring process and hire people who know about repect!!! Never spending another dollar there!

The WORST Starbucks in NYC. Is this where Starbucks dumps their employees who mess up at other locations? RUDE, poorly-​trained staff and filthy conditions.
Baristas put their dirty hands all over cup tops and spend more time hiding in the back room than helping customers or cleaning up.

There were several other bad reviews of this location (Including one that I left) but they’re all gone and only a few positive reviews remain. What’s up with THAT!!!

Horrible, HORRIBLE service. This must be where Starbucks sends all the employees who mess up at other locations. All the good employees are shuffled out quickly. Staff cannot grasp the simplest drink orders and often times there are as many as 6 people milling around behind the bar, but it still takes forever to be rung up and have your drink made. Odds are the drink is made incorrectly anyway. Another reviewer mentioned the fact that drinks are never full. If I pay for a Venti, I want a Venti not a Grande in a Venti cup.
Staff also allows teenagers from the high school on 15^th street to camp out and eat pizza and burgers at the counter and tables.

Staff is really on top of it. Consistently clean and great service.

Pleasantly surprised, went back in today and saw more seating, still a little tight but the workers have dwindled down from 20 behind the counter that were unhelpful to about 5 who are definitely on their A game! Typical Starbucks which is a plus in my book!

The inevitable happened. The gentrification is complete. There is now a Starbucks on 1^st avenue and 13^th Street.
