This was my first time ever going to Starbucks lol please don’t judge me. I came with a friend in our way to a meeting. I had the mango tea and OMG is was so good.
Starbucks seems to have its own language. Thanks to my friend I was able to navigate the Starbucks world. The staff was nice and exercised a lot of patients for Starbucks novice such as myself.
I can honestly say this will not be my last time going to Starbucks. I really enjoyed the tea.

Not bad location right on Broadway off Canal. Service was fast and friendly which is always a plus in this instant gratification world.
Had the Iced Mocha no whipped, really dont like whipped cream on my coffee. The drink was consistent but I asked for extra chocolate which comes free. They didnt add any cause I could taste the difference.
I stopped by about noon time so the place was getting busy. Overall not bad and they had plenty of seating.

First of all, I’m not a fan of Starbucks coffee. The baristas at Starbucks do not understand the art of making coffee and they make espresso by pressing a button. If you don’t understand what I’m talking about, you have to go to an actual coffee shop and see what the baristas do. Starbucks coffee isn’t cheap either.
This Starbucks specifically, is extremely crowded and the line to the bathroom is never ending. A lot of people come here just to use the bathroom.

This Starbucks is amazing. I’m in here Monday through Friday considering I work right across the street. Employees are great! My drink is always as I ask. Not a single complaint. Morning crew has it down!

Quite loud. In the top decile of noise. This is a result of the customer density.
It’s an average-​sized location but overrun with people — mostly tourists. And they are annoying as tourists are wont to be.
The service is medium-​slow.
Heaps of tourists wait in line for the bathroom. I don’t blame them given the scarcity of bathrooms in the city, but it makes the space even more confined.
The coffee is from Starbucks. Same everywhere. What did you expect?

Thank goodness for Starbucks and their plentiful wall outlets! Their coffee is great too, but those wall outlets, man!
My boyfriend and I stopped in to this Starbucks simply to charge our nearly dead phones. Starbucks is a saving grace in that they allow and encourage you to come in and «hang out.» I often see people come in and charge their electronics without buying anything, but I promise you I’m not that tacky. I bought a grande caramel iced coffee that was delicious. The super nice barista made it perfectly and he even asked me if I wanted some ice water (New York is HOT in the summer!).
I really enjoyed the hospitality of the barista and the charging power of those magnificent wall outlets!

I like this Starbucks. It’s warm, dark, and moody. But then there’s the glow of the lights over the honey colored wood counter top and drink-​prep-​area. It’s all just so lovely. As are the drinks and the staff. I ordered up my frappachino and pumpkin scone without any difficulty and was back out onto those NYC streets in no time. And despite being located at Broadway and Canal it wasn’t at all crowded at 3pm on a weekday afternoon. It’s a great Starbucks location to pop into if you’re in the area.

Starbucks can really be awesome but unfortunately this location is not! Main reason I cannot give more stars is because of the staff. If they are not being dismissive or rude they are forgetting a part of your Order. Well that’s what I get for being lazy and not walking to a proper coffee house!

I’ve been to a gazillion Starbucks and don’t usually see the value in writing reviews because they’re all pretty much the same. This particular location is nice and spacious, and the interior is extremely clean. It’s also got the benefit of being extremely well located right outside of the ACE subway stop.
This Starbucks is slllooooooooow though. They seem to usually only have two or three people working (including cash register) even through theres a steady stream of customers, and the staff is pretty fumbly — this is the only place I’ve seen someone drop a drink behind the counter.
Pretty regular location, with clean and nice interior. Service is a bit lacking.

Very packed and inefficient starbucks. I guess it may have something to do with the clientele that visit this starbucks (tourists that don’t speak English). My tall coffee is the same price as a grande coffee in South Florida.
Guess have to make due with the higher costs associated with NYC.
We went inside when it was raining and the line was backed up to the door.

Just your classic Starbucks. Nothing to write home about, other than an ample amount of sitting space along with friendly baristas. There is literally another Starbucks two blocks away with the same sort of get-​up, so it’s up to you where you want to go.

After having a caramel macchiato and paying with my Starbucks Rewards card, I asked for a refill of decaf coffee, but was told that I can only get a free refill if I purchase brewed coffee to begin with.
I then found the Starbucks refill policy, very clearly stating that I can get a refill of brewed coffee regardless of the original beverage purchased, and showed it to the staff:
They continued to argue with me, and only after I asked to speak with the manager did they finally honor the refill, reluctantly, as if they were doing me a favor, and offered no apology.

This is the Starbucks next to where I work so I guess I’m a «regular»
It’s good when you don’t get stuck behind some friggin tourist group who don’t speaky no english all ordering crazy frappicinos or something, but for the most part all the employees are super friendly to me and my co-​workers and they don’t suck so yeah…
Also, if you need bootleg handbags this is the spot to go

So much more than an emergency bathroom. I was volunteering nearby at a swanky fundraiser (for a very good cause!) and they had a cake but no forks. Disaster! Fancy people can’t eat cake with fingers. Puh-​lease. The kindness of these Starbucks strangers led to cutlery a-​plenty. And they turned down my offer to purchase a drink in return. Thanks, guys!

I don’t know why people complain about this location comparing to the one on Broadway and Grand And the one on Canal And Centre street. This one is MORE LAID back, less crowd and the staff was friendly.
Maybe i’m a New Yorker and comparing to the tourist area, this is more of a get your coffee and get out, you can’t really chill /​study here since is constantly people coming in and out for coffee or use the restroom.
Enough said.
