2 stars for my strawberry acai drink. Service sucks. I said good morning she opted to just look at me and stay quiet. OK. So I order my drink and have a coupon for discount on a breakfast sandwich and I order an everything bagel and apparently that’s not consider a sandwich, hmm I don’t know what that’s about. They got my order wrong and when I mentioned it, the girl seemed annoyed. Whatever, service sucks!!!

Standard Starbucks. I come here a lot because I work nearby and the drinks are consistently good. Service is friendly and timely-something not all locations can brag.

I don’t go to Starbucks often. Typically only when i need a quick bite before work. Ever since the upgrade happened, service has been pretty awful. I have been last to receive my food, despite being there first, two consecutive times i was there. The first time, a lady who was pretty rude told me off that she didnt ring up my order so it was not her fault after i waited patiently for 10 mins for a scone to be warmed. The next time, there was no one in line. I order a piece of banana loaf, warmed. Other customers who order wraps and coffee were already served and i was still waiting. Staffs behind the counters(including the rude lady from the last time) were talking softly and laughing. That was when someone finally popped the loaf in the toaster, as though intentional. What a horrible way to start the morning.

This is the worst one ever. 5.30pm. 4 females behind the counter, they are chatting away, while wiping down counters etc and ignoring the 2 customers standing who are waiting to order. After 3 – 5 mins wait finally one takes my order. Then another 5 mins wait for the lady to actually make an iced tea. One lady working making a drink with whipped cream, blender, etc while the other 3 females are chatting away… I ask one of three if she could perhaps help out getting my ice tea and was told to wait, her colleague was making a drinks customer and I would get mine after that was done. Ok I wait. The three of them still chatting away… The drink is finally ready and is given to another starbucks staff meaner who was waiting to the side!!! Really? Really, you have all these ppl on and the customers have to wait while the staff are hanging out and making drinks for themselves ??

Extremely dirty. The bathroom was an absolute mess and someone even got stuck inside but none of the workers tried to help. No one cleans the tables either. Overall not a great experience.

Always packed. Hard to get seats. Pretty loud. Nice baristas, but they need to work quicker.

Passion fruit lemonade is my absolute favorite! The only thing I get! Cheese Danish, my son’s wonder! Caramel Macchiato, spouse’s lover! So far everything’s been good! Although their line is extremely long, it’s worth the wait if your craving kicks in. As I’m writing this review, brings me back to this barista who’s made my day, came in at around 9ish 10pm, craving passion fruit. …there’s no more?! :O He talked me into trying out their strawberry tea which was actually really good too and quite refreshing but my heart’s set. Highlight of the night, drink was on him! He’s sorry it’s not what I really wanted! That was the nicest thing a stranger has done for me. He’s an awesome guy!

My local Starbucks. I come here so many times. Been coming here for years. Lots of memories at this location. This location was closed for 1 – 2 weeks due to renovations. After the renovations I feel there’s less seating area and the counter where customers order is bigger. There’s a bigger fridge for bottled drinks and lots more snacks. It would be better if the tissue and sugar area is not near the window. I rather have 3 more stools for seating instead. After renovations the environment feels more cleaner and prettier. Definitely will come back here more often since it looks prettier than before.

It is closed. Not sure when to reopen. We didn’t know and went there anyway. It was a waste of time. It’s nice if apps could update such information.

Every Starbucks has its charm. This one is conveniently located on the corner of Delancy and Allen Streets. Open late and is clean! Service was quick and the barista was super fast. I got my flat white espresso in two minutes while sitting by the spacious counter seating. Free WiFi and Spotify on site. Cool. So used to going to the over crowded Starbucks all around midtown and uptown that this spot is refreshing. Check out the pics!

They turned me away just 4 minutes before 10pm. You would think they would keep all customers happy. I will stick to my Starbucks in Merrick ny! –it’s Starbucks.

It’s your average Starbucks with a relatively roomy seating space. Seats open up fairly quickly too, and drinks and made fast. No complaints, and it was nice to see when I needed to warm up with a hot cup of jasmine tea on an abnormally cold October Sunday afternoon. Props for having a roped-off line for the BATHROOM. Ha! I love it!

Pretty good service and nice people. Starbucks are pretty much the same in their product so it’s only wise to rate on service.

This Starbucks is huge! Even though it is big with a lot of seating, it is also very crowded. I like that they don’t have a «buy something to obtain the code to the bathroom» policy. Although, there is a public bathroom right across the street. They also don’t kick you out when you don’t buy anything. Guess more space mean they are more lenient.

I frequent this Starbucks a lot since I’m in the Lower East Side area a lot. This is generally my go-to Starbucks when I’m in the area. The service here is what you’d typically expect from a busy Starbucks. The wait time is anywhere from 5 – 8 minutes. My experience today was just as if expected. My barista didn’t make the drinks in order and people that ordered after me got their drinks first. I assumed she just picked out which drinks were easier to make and just made them first. The employees were also a bit roudy when one of the workers came in 5 minutes late for her 2:00 shift(2 workers ran to the back to confront the worker). Typically this is a Starbucks where people just come to do homework and chill. Would I back back? Sure, since there are no other Starbucks in the area.

Grab a seat on one of the larger wooden tables. Closer to the wall is where the outlets are hidden. They have a cute bar that looks over the barista’s work station, but there are no outlets nearby. The smaller circular tables are a good people-watching spot. The line for the bathroom gets so long that they actually have signs and directions on where to wait. Your standard Starbucks, just a little dirtier than I prefer.

PROS– One of the interesting interior design and floor plans. I like this place because it’s a very unique space. Workers are cheerful. CONS– hmm. Personally, i think this place needs to be kept cleaned. It’s not a cozy place, it’s. Not a cozy place accept the bar area.

Home to a few homeless people, fixtures who go in and won’t leave, and free internet moochers. I came to this location for a quick meeting with two friends to discuss some ideas for the transition of a business sale. We ordered coffee and brainstormed and the entire time we were there there was a guy sitting next to us with what looked like everything he owns which included two carry on’s, a bookbag, a few shopping bags and a full laptop setup. He was not a customer and did not buy a single thing but was sitting there playing video games and mumbling under his breath about how WE were actually inconveniencing HIM by sitting there. He was there before he got there and I pressume he would be there for several more hours after we left. His rude comments were mildly intimidating although not threatening otherwise I would have alerted one of the officers outside. He made things quite awkward but we did our best to ignore him for the duration of our visit. The line was crazy long, the bathroom line was just as long. My beverage(caramel latte) was good so I can’t complain there but the bathroom was utterly disgusting. One of the worst I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. It was the kind of bathroom that made you want to leave immediately and head for the nearest shower. The rest of the restaurant could also use a little refreshing as well. There were wrappers and crumbs all over the floors and tables left behind by people who clearly have no manners. I understand that most of the staff is busy waiting on the large influx of customers but cleanliness is also important for your businesses appearance and for the comfort of your paying customers. I also agree with other Unilocalers about the layout of this store not being as efficient as it could be. Something definitely needs to be done about those that don’t purchase anything and just linger in the restaurant because paying customers don’t have anywhere to sit. I suggest perhaps adding a limiter on the wifi or making the guests go up to the counter for the password and changing the password every few hours or so.
