The rudest people I have ever encountered in all of my Starbucks experiences! They basically throw people out before closing time and have the worst attitudes! Do not waste a perfectly good day coming to this Starbucks! Won’t be coming back here.

Without question the most consistently bad Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Horrible, lazy people and even worse at making coffee.

Hands-​down the rudest people in the City. Always complaining to each other about customers. Always rude (even when asked a polite question). Always clearly miserable with their jobs.

This is my local spot, but I have to comment! The staff is very rude here. Unlike the one around the corner on 42^nd by Port Authority, this location is rude to customers, never remember your name — and treat each other with disrespect openly. There are a couple there in particular dragging down their culture, but I will stop short of calling them out.

Rudest Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered. Bad. I feel stupid I always tip. Never a smile. Never a thank you. Always extra rude. Where is Peets???

Not as packed as the ones by Times Square. The staff seems friendly (except for 1 person perhaps) and the service was good and fast.

Okay, I know it is Starbucks and there are a million of them, and I know that it is a major chain, but this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. The baristas don’t seem to know anything. Starbucks is having some sort of promotion with specialty frappuccinos and additional flavors. There was a whole section of the menu about it but it didn’t list the specialty flavors, so I asked. The woman looked at me like I had three heads and then told me the regular flavors. I tried to ask again and she had to read the sign before telling me it must only be online. The promotion is that there are special flavors that you order in store and then vote online. She didn’t know so she asked someone else who worked there, and he didn’t know either. He said that the specialty flavors are customized, but didn’t explain anything else. I asked if there were special flavors I can order and he was extremely rude. If your place of business has a promotion, you should know what it is! Just look online!
If it wasn’t for the promotion, maybe it would be fine, but when you have a promotion and don’t know anything about it, you really should reconsider what you are doing.

It’s one of the billion Starbucks joints you’ll find in New York. And it’s just like the rest of them… crowded and never any place to sit.
I had a chai latte that was warm and tasty.

Nice and clean and fresh !

BAD SERVICE
no one had a smile on their face. It was as if I put a gun on his/​her head and forced her to work here.

And no one put the cup sleeve on my hot drink for me… not once… for the 4 days that I was here.
It’s little things that matters most.

The shop wasn’t too crowded at 8:15 on a Sunday, so they were able to make my drink pretty fast. However, some of the baristas were less than friendly and the bathroom is out of order with a sign that just says «It will be fixed soon. We promise.» Not super helpful.
If it were moderately crowded, I can tell that there wouldn’t be enough space; the seating it pretty limited.

PLEASE AVOID! Horrible, awful, rude staff! I will avoid this Starbucks the next time I am in the city. 1^st one of the baristas got mad at my friend because she wanted an iced drink and the barista had already written on the cup for a hot. Then they mixed up the drinks even after we corrected them and got all huffy about that. The icing on the cake was when the rude barista came over to our table to say the the 2 small 2-​top tables we had pushed together for the 3 of us to sit at should be separated! I’ve never in my life had someone tell me we couldn’t push 2 small tables together so 3 people could sit at a 4 person table. This was after they saw me give them a generous top too! Ugh!

Decent place in the heart of the big city. Was hooking up with some friends and needed a quick shot.
As being late I think they were getting ready to close. Service was friendly and accomodating. Made my drink to order well the best part they didnt ask my name to place on the cup.
Usually it says Mark or some strange name hahahahahah overall nice experience.

Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had! Had to get my drink remade and he made it worse than it was the first time. Also horrible customer service! Nothing like the Starbucks experience in LA.

NEVER MORE there. The waiter are completely unprofessional and RUDE.
And SLOW. 10 minutes for an espresso it s incredible.
In this time I can walk one mile and in NYC no one has time to waste.
Need people who know how to treat the customers.

Well finally I’m inside of this crowded place and wanted to try that magic coffee everyone is paying so much money for. Well let me disappoint you, there is no magic in their coffee so even if you haven’t gone to Starbucks ever in your life, trust me, you saved your money and time. I would never go there anymore, simply because the only time I need coffee is in the morning, and there are lot’s of carts which offer great coffee and a breakfast for half of price you buy a single coffee here.
My girlfriend asked me to buy her a tea, which I paid $ 5 for… WHAT? SERIOUSLY, WHAT?

Well, a small location but close. It’s a friendly staff and well, nothing much different to every other Starbucks coffee shop. then again I am not a big coffee lover so maybe my review is not for you.
I do think that their coffee must be good if everyone keeps coming back for their overpriced coffee (in whichever size you are looking to consume).
Because the products sold at Starbucks are basically done the same way across the chain, I can only base my review on the location and the vibe. The few times I have been here is because someone else is looking for a coffee. I will say that while the staff is pretty nice, they have a little careless edge about them. Almost every time I have been here if not every time, I see bottles or paper on their table. So the place could be kept a bit tidier.
The line in the front is somewhat inconvenient as it basically starts right at the door entry, so if you need to get your coffee you need to go through the line to exit or find a chair at the tables to sit down.
I think this place just needs a little bit of investment on the décor and some reorganizing of the small space.

It’s Starbucks, just across the street from another Starbucks, and next door to the other one. Really, though, I love the staff here, but the location could *really* use the remodel. I hope they get it soon. This specific location has a good amount of seating compared to others nearby, though, which is nice.
If you aren’t familiar with a «dirty» chai, give it a try, especially if you enjoy a Starbucks Chai latte, but want a little more caffeine. The «dirty» part of it is literally an espresso shot. Get it with your favorite milk (soy, whole, skim etc).

I really seriously think all my friends think I really like Starbucks.
They want to meet up with me at Starbucks, pick me up at Starbucks, hang out with me at Starbucks… doesn’t matter where I am in the world!
Starbucks it is. walking distance from Port Authority Bus Terminal walkable with a light carry on luggage. spacious and with plenty of seats on a Sunday morning. The lines moves pretty fast and most people are here for take out.
Free Wifi great for out of towner like me…
I need my coffee to wake me up after my 10 hour bus ride!!!
