the most horrible experience ever — not only didn’t he deliver the glass top — waited twice — two separate appointments — so I cancelled and he still put the charge through without me even receiving the merchandise — calling better business bureau — never posted anything like this in my life but this was the most unpleasant experience ever!

while many years ago we had a good experience with them, in 2013 and 2014 had only bad experience-​arrogant, nothing done in timeframes promised, wrong size door made and they tried to get us to keep even though it violated city safety rules. After sales service also terrible to come fix what they did. Would never recommend as they operate now.
